The Chief simply tapped his comms twice, a general signal used by PPD, Longbow and armed forces in various places as a roger signal. He nodded to Kid, jerking a thumb at the door. He took a last glance around, then headed out to make his way to the other warehouse.

I'm all for respec's being less hard to get, and definately for 'Slot-specs', as I don't want to think of how many times I had to respec my two mains, due to not finding Mids that early, and not knowing how to work it well.

Also, slot-specs so that you can re-fund all your outused DOs, SOs, etc, and not ALWAYS be too broke to fully re-slot with green number enhancements. Which unless you farm AVs, get ludicrous good luck with the drops or have a seriously rich lvl 50, you can't. Not realisitcally...

As to the voice acting i think I'm against that I've yet to play a game where I've liked the voice acting its ok the first time you here even the second time but after a while it drags maybe some "get them" type shouts would be ok and some general chatter background noise in the city areas tho would be nice.

something like the situation i had a few months ago, i made a child on around 16 year old and i get an " uuughh" of an old woman.

While I can see an advantage in this for my 50s as they'd be able to buy those enhancements my lowbies would suffer as anything good that they find that effectively sets them up for many levels would likely become very cheap and very useless.

Not sure that would happen; if uber-useful enhs (KB protection, +EndRec, etc...) are needed by a toon in the first place they're likely to be needed even after a major respec, so there wouldn't be a market flood there.

For everything else, if the market's flooded and prices go down across the board you won't need the one-off mega drop to be able to afford things in the first place. Everyone finds set IOs more affordable, win all round.

That said, I'm not convinced freeing up more IOs would have that drastic an effect on market prices...it's just that if they did, that effect wouldn't be a bad thing.

Tbh, thats what test server is FOR. Yeah, they happen to test the new issues on it. But you can also have infinite respecs (sort of) to try out powers, etc etc.
And Arena. Yeah, no infinite health, but hey.

Definately, would love to have more of the epic music (Rikti Mothership music was damn epic if I remember) and a general option for background music would be nice.

Bringing them in had been all part of the duty...the duty she did, and was never thanked for, the suffering she endured, only to be called on, time and time again...

The hammer struck thin air, and stuck there, six inches above Vixen's head. She turned, eyes blazing red, a dark and angry red now, with no trace of pale orange.
"Do you take me for an idiot?" she growled, and it was a true growl. Her inscisor's had even lengthened, and were more fangs now than teeth. The Outcast Initiate could only stare and gulp in panic, like a goldfish out of water.
"You can take a message back, and spread it. I am not to be troubled. Understood?"
"Sure, darling. Let him go, or we kill yer."

Vixen looked around, as the circle closed up. Bait. That was what the young man had been. These boys were no mere thugs. Scorchers, Chillers and Crushers, all with fully manifested powers. All spoiling for a fight.
"Oh, but of course," she grinned, noticing the slight uncertainty at the sight of the fangs and the burning eyes.

There was a grating, organic crunch. The initiate slumped to the floor like a boneless chicken, and the group drew back a step in horror.
"You killed him!" one yelped, "Heroes...they ain't allowed to do that!"
"Oh really?" The group started to edge back, but the air suddenly seemed like glue, "Perhaps it's time we started bullying murderers like you in your PLACE!"

The scream killed three out of the fourteen gang members outright, their brains simply shutting down from the overload of raw psionic energy. Most of them would suffer from effects like paranoia, weak bowls or forgetfullness for the rest of their lives. All of them were hurled off their feet, a ring of prone bodies around the quivering figure in the middle.

Vixen looked up, one eye hidden by her hair, the other blazing like grim fury.
SABRE. Chief Centurion Z1, X21 Ice Wolf, Z22 Pyre Fox, and Kitsune Vixen. They had done their best, compromised by the laws and regulations they had to follow.

Well...maybe it was time for a change.

Except its not been patched in yet. I'm still doubtful wether Jay did this off his own back or not, either...or if someone, maybe our own Avatea, went and hit him with the big stick he needs hitting with

Law-breaking, but not totally immoral. I.E, Dr Doom saving Sue Richards and her kid. He's a villain, but he's still not completely 'dark pit of oblivion' evil.

Usual Activities; Group RP, missions and especially warzone focused events.

Background; SABRE is a team made up of Chief Centurion Z1, X21 Ice Wolf, Z11 Pyre Fox and Kitsune Vixen. Together since near the end of the First Rikti War, the group works mainly with Vanguard and Longbow these days. Given the tensions in the RWZ, even between two heroic factions, SABRE expanded to encapsulate both Longbow troops and Vanguard soldiers. SENTINEL is a project that takes officers and soldiers of both sides and trains them into a unified force. Colonel Lyndon is the first of these officers, and is currently the Commander of SENTINEL.

Signing up; Good RP skills, no need to have Vanguard kit or be from Vanguard/Longbow, any hero can sign up.

Reccomendation for next time, well, next month, Alley reccomnded as Featured Villain. Awesomely done page.

The Cheif bowed his head to Aisha and, just for a moment, one optic seemed to dim slightly, almost like a wink.
Then he spun and headed after the Kid, leaning against the wall beside the door. He motioned for the young man to wait, then seemed to lose form and shape, until Omega had fully taken over, the Chief's body melting into a cloud of pure, near invisible negative energy.
Seeping through the door via the lock, hinges and such, the lock, or handle, it was somewhat hard to tell in such a shape, clicked open and the door eased open silently. The Chief, body reforming, edged it open and beckoned the KId inside.
"Standard comms, channel 551," he said, just loud enough for the others to hear, and pointing at the aural relay where his ears would have been if he was human.

The Chief peered at the bulks of the buildings, running his gaze over each door in turn.
"I think the Team Leader should be the one to decide," he said quietly, but somewhat firmly. "That way, things will be somewhat organised. Unlike last time," he added darkly, before looking around once more, gaze resting on Aisha for just a moment.

I don't see why respeccing powers is so hard. The Devs keep trying to make powers more appealing, maybe they would be if it was easier to try powers out and then respec if needs be. Sure, powers are supposed to be what defines a character, but in theory its the same as charging a toon every time they change their costume (not in Tailor, but from one to the other)

More availalbe respecs, gets my vote.

The thing is though, it wouldn't be technically any harder to do MA in a wheelchair than any other powerset. Yes, MA would need a whole new set animations, but so would all other powersets. Shooting energy beams from your eyes whilst standing requires a different animation to shooting energy beams from your eyes sitting in a wheelchair.
