Training Test Room( not test server)

Hi, i came on this idea a while back.

How about a Training/Practise Test Room, where we can test our powers/build or whatever needed testing.

in that room should be some NPC's where we can test our powers/build on, the npc's could be something like in the CoH Tutorial( you get to use a power on some drone's)
I would really like such a feature.

and maybe in future expand that feature so you can go in that room with a buddy/mate and fight eachother, without losing Health or the Health will regen after a few seconds.
i mean something like you see in StreetFigther games the Practise mode, can bash on your enemy without killiing them(Regen kicks in after a few seconds when hit)

Edit: this is for live server not testserver.
Edit2: could even make mini game(s) of this, see how much damage output someone can do or take( get my point?)

I think you will find that the MA can do a lot of the things you want already.

You can test your PvP skills easily in one of the arena's.

So to be honest I don't see much use in this feature.

Tbh, thats what test server is FOR. Yeah, they happen to test the new issues on it. But you can also have infinite respecs (sort of) to try out powers, etc etc.
And Arena. Yeah, no infinite health, but hey.

Actually, they test new issues on it, and they happen to let you use it as a "build respec test" server in the mean time.

IMO this doesn't sound to bad. Maybe just have some some of the drones within the Universities? Would be a good way to test IO set bonuses.

GW has this system, it's more along the lines that there is one character and that character measures your DMG and spike output.
nothing much, but might be handy.
