Call To Justice, in my opinion, is a far better option. Even on my fire/fire character who has Embrace of Fire, an extra build-up effect is a remarkable addition. Plus, it's a team buff, which is pretty snazzy to have without having to spend extra power slots on it.

The mere fact you say so is enough reason for me to be certain it's not true. Ten seconds of googling serves to earn me ten thousand different proofs of that.
It's rare to have bigfoot tell you that bigfoots don't exist. -
Mind/Fire if you like range, Mind/NRG if you like ST melee, Mind/Elec if you like Melee with some AOE. But really, Mind/Fire is the little black dress combo.

You know, condescending language is only a problem when the person receiving it doesn't deserve it.

It's a matter of perspective. My ss/fire brute in his mid levels financed his build of Crushing Impacts and commons in the low 30s (on the redside market, no less) by flipping ancient bones in a bound of 1500 to 25000. That was only a week or so of work.
If you don't need a lot of money, flipping will provide you all the money you need. -
If you're not having fun when you make money on the market, you're doing it wrong.
I play the game. I kill stuff. I log in some characters who are waiting for patrol XP to build up, do maybe two minutes of stuff, then log them out again. I play the game. I kill stuff.
I'm a billionaire without farming and without lucky drops and with a bin full of purples, primarily because I recognise that this economy is only comparable to a real-world one when someone can show me the cash waterfall that everyone has to walk through on the way to work. -
Apparently, people file buying things, using those things to make other thing, and then selling that other thing, as flipping. So yeah, we're all flippers unless we're, like all in a job like TV presentation or something.

Yeah, but I actually stayed all that time and didn't leave in a huff when a forum nobody used got closed. >:|

"Mommy, what's a peacebringer?"
"It's something like a koala. I mean..." -

You can lead a horse to water, but when it doesn't drink you're not allowed to call it stupid.

*comes back after a day of dealing with the real-world economy*
Good grief, you people are still at it? Shoo, shoo, all of you. -
Quote:That's completely unfair. I don't think of you as an idiot because you disagree with the gurus. Now, considering that you've said multiple things that are idiotic and believe in them wholeheartedly, that might colour people's opinions. It's funny. The "flippers" call foul at the "non- flippers" calling foul.... Endless circle. If someone disagrees with the market "gurus" they're "stupid", "lazy", or whatever else you can think to call people.
I guess what I'm saying is that negative opinions can be formed wholly out of factual events, rather than reactionary tribalism. -
I think this is the only forum for this game where you can start a thread about a factual, observable, provable principle and have a squadron of people descend on it to disagree with an argument that sums up as "Oh Yeah?"

Also, I am actually winnowing through my heap. There's practically nothing in it, if anyone wants to submit to the axe - I have two weeks to work with and dammit if I'm not going to get some of this done.

Free transfers are given out in special events. They've only happened twice. When they do happen, you'll probably find out about in the gmotd. In the mean time, you can just make characters on the other server.

Smoke prevents adds in some circumstances. It does not deal with adds.

Quote:Because it's really, really obvious and doesn't really need mentioning? Everyone knows it's there...?
I really, really am just curious why the extra mez is often left out when discussing Domination. -
Safety is for Mind/ and Plant/. Fire is riskier, doesn't handle adds as well, but does a ton of damage.
You don't really need Smoke or Bonfire, Ring of Fire is skippable until the late game when you have regular encounters with AVs. -
Yeah, there's a reason that, except for the Fake Nem bosses, Nemesis all offer normal (as in, the baseline value for their class) or less XP.
Redside factions aren't really that nasty by the 40-50 region because the only one of them that was unique to redside was Arachnos and Longbow. These days, while heroes face less Longbow, Longbow are less rude.
I think what I'm getting at is that while I do feel there's a disparity in enemy group difficulty, it's not at the high end, and at the high end, it's the same list of stuff you need to look out for. Like Quartzes on any def based character.
