    That would be good.

I was watching The Dark Knight yesterday and thinking about where it left off.

Joker and Two-Face killed off the crime bosses. I don't think anyone was left or perhaps one guy was.

Joker is captured and obviously not going to get used in the next movie.

All the crime thugs of the organized group are still in jail with Dent's reputation being protected by Batman taking the blame.

So now the streets will be run by disorganized and rookie criminals for the most part.

I am really looking forward to where it goes.

    I watched the moon landing.

Not downing the people who make the sites, but in most cases the grunt work is done before you see any of them pop their head's up in beta, and the folks who did that are the one's who make it possible for the information to be out there for everyone at release or soon after.

I won't name names because my memory isn't good enough. I'd be leaving too many hard workers out.
I also hate to name names because I know I will forget more people than I remember.

Then there are the people on the forums that answer the questions and welcome the new players and that mentor project group and so on.

Lots of helpful people here are part of what anchors me to the game.

Where do you think that came from? All suckers were "confident" they could win.

If you want me to be honest, I feel stupid for investing in this game. I have wasted 8 months of life.
    Then quit wasting ours...

I want to say Mids was started by Midnighter and he was an EU player, but I could be wrong. The about section has a list of the guys developing it and the copyright for it.
I cannot express my appreciation enough for all the people responsible for making and upkeeping Paragonwiki, Vidiotmaps, Badge hunter, Mids, etc.

They're real heroes of the game.

What does the USER get with F2P?
What does the Dev get with F2P?
What is the value of the Lifetime Sub?

Users get less content and have to pay more with F2P
Dev get more money with less content with F2P

How is the developer going to give me better content on a pay as you go model if he/she couldn't deliver on sub model?
They will deliver in order to get paid rather than players pay and hope for delivery.

If anything it will result in getting more but only what you pay for.

Perhaps many people are expecting them to go up (at least initially) with I19...

BTW does anyone remember that thread a few years back where Red Tomax was used in the place of Jack Bauer or Chuck Norris in how tough he is?
  14. I am going to keep ToTing until I get sick of Snickers.
  15. The industry may be changing to that model. Only time will tell. All that each of us should ever care about is whether the game is entertaining and worth our time and money in the present.

    Halloween Mobs

    <QR>
I've been trick or treating in Praetoria with lowbies without too many problems. The only times I get in trouble is when a Vampire Lord answers the door on a pre-status protection melee character.

So I am popping inspirations as needed and not really having a hard time with it.

If you want to tell a 'hip, sexy, moody' story find an appropriate character, or create one. Don't shoehorn in the least appropriate guy in your entire catalog.
I wanted to Quote this for several reasons.

    1. I agree

    2. I love that opening line

    and 3. I agree

The thing I love the most about Superman is the thing I hate the most about Superman and that is his 100% no compromising upholding of the maximum ideal.

Batman is the Dark Knight and Superman is the Big Blue Boyscout.

What's next? Batman joins a boy band singing pop songs?
  20. Honestly at this point I am just glad they will be making the movie.

It took me a while to get a costume power so that was killing me. So I killed the tricks in retaliation.

I do recall now how much I hate ghosts and werewolves running off.

Batman (Adam West) taught me how to navigate mazes.

    Pretty much.

And nothing says megalomaniacal villain like a cape too.
I cannot picture Darth Vader without his cape.

Heh, or how about Dollar Bill from the Minutemen (Watchmen)?

And any time my oldest daughter sees me in CoH with a caped hero she says "No Capes!"

You never fail to deliver, GG.
Well let's face it. Dollar Bill was not the brightest hero in town.
  25. I don't think you need Going Rogue to get them.
