I know you can always click out of Hibernate and toggle Phase as long as the 30 sec timer hasnt expired. However, phase + invis is usually more then enough to get out of 80% of situations.
You can always replace Hibernate with the patron hold which is nice for grounding fliers in teams and can be two slotted with lockdowns for extra damage % and frees up slots for more proc's in attacks or passives.
I also think its worth mentioning that the Miracle recov and Numi recov/regen procs in HPT are worth their weight in gold. I would put priority in finding a way to afford these two IO's.

--> Main Database Editor
--> Select Scrapper_Defense (left side)
--> Select Shield_Defense (middle)
--> Double click on Phalanx_Fighting (right side)
--> Click on Effects tab (3rd from left)
--> Double click 3.75% Defense (Ranged)
--> From the Affects: dropdown menu, select [none]
--> OK
--> OK
--> Save & Close
--> Close -
If anything the IOs in Mid's are higher than the ones in game. Since they're all level capped, while I actually bought them at various levels.

Alright, so I've had this toon for a while now & it's been softcapped. Went SJ/Fitness/Fighting/Medicine with Body Mastery. I only picked up CP from Body & left the default slot in it. & 6 slotted Aid Self. Now I redid the build & dropped medicine & picked up Blaze Mastery. I only 6 slotted Fireball & everything else in the build is exactly the same. I've checked multiple times but my Defenses are off. In game I have 46.98 Ranged, 45.69 Melee, & 45.42 AoE. But that is not the case in Mid's.

Well, dropped fitness from the build & put in a couple more recovery bonuses along with a Miracle. Got up to about Stamina level recovery without any bonuses. Been out of PvP for a good while now so I don't know if 190ish% on my attacks is enough, plus the 10% tohit from Tactics. Tell me what you think.

Hmm, gues you're right about Shadowmeld, it capped all my exotic damages, which would get DRed down to like 31ish? But that'd probably get cut through with all the accuracy & +tohit. Reworked it to where i have +27 acc before the kismet, would that be enough? Added a proc to both Impale & Shark, couldn't get 2 without dropping my Acc down to low. Why would you want Phase & Hiber? Phase for phasekilling and Hiber for get aways? Here's the new build.

Couple of things before you see the build. I don't have wads of cash, that is why there are no purple or PvP IO procs. I had the Leadership pool with SoW on one build, but saw Assault was only increasing my damage a couple points, which will get DR'ed down, so I switched to Fitness. Couple of statements before I post the build.
Each position of defense is 50%+ since Banes don't get any Defense Debuff Resistance, so I can have a little breathing room when defense debuffs get thrown around.
Wanted to keep this on the somewhat cheap end, since I don't have a bunch of funds redside. Which is why the recharge bonuses aren't that spectacular. If you can find a way to improve the recharge while not taking away to much Defense, please post it. =D

I've been playing along side Rakin & I must say, his build is pretty badass. a little expensive for me taste, but pretty good none the less lol. I put used Oblit in my FSC as well for the exact reason someone stated earlier. If im going to be spamming it alot, im usually going to be on a team with a Kin or someone to help manage end. But on the Cim wall, By the time i've gathered the mob close together, Build Up & Shield Charge are back up, so that kinda helps there. I haven't gotten the Miracle yet, or the 3 LotG so the build is still end heavy, solo'd a Pylon last night & ran dry near the end.

Just curious, but is the Shield Drone Pet, that grants +def, +recov, considered a temp power? I mean because it is on my character permanetly, but I can see it being iffy.

This is the build I will be going with on my Fire/SD, no purps & got 53% recharge. Does use 3 LotGs though & 2 Oblit sets. Wouldn't call it cheap, but not exactly expensive either. Doesn't have Hasten, but grapped Tough/Weave & Aid Self.
So im pretty sure it can run the Incin>GFS>Cremate>FS chain.
