Just curious, but is the Shield Drone Pet, that grants +def, +recov, considered a temp power? I mean because it is on my character permanetly, but I can see it being iffy.

I don't consider it a temp power, but if you're thinking about some “no temps no insps” challenge, it's definitely iffy. I figure I also shouldn't use veteran powers, base empowerment buffs, or any of that sort of thing. Still, if your build is centered on, say, using the Shield Drone to get to the soft cap, it would be ridiculous to tell you you shouldn't use it. So yeah, gray area, so I'd say do what you want.

I believe anything not a Primary, Secondary, Ancillary or Pool power is considered a "Temp Power." Anything that is on your character as a passive (such as Accolades or bonuses from Day Jobs) is ok since they cannot be turned off.

11 months of all-nighters, messy feeding sessions, bath fighting and realizing just how good my son's lungs work, and I am still convinced he is the crowning accomplishment in my life. What in the blue HFIL is wrong with me?

Yeah, I found myself wondering about the +10% Recharge bonus from Time Lord's Boon...

Seemed like a Temp power, but I couldn't turn it off...

You earned the power, might as well use it.

Go to ouroboros. Set the no temp powers restriction. Use that as a guide to whether or not its classed as a temp

Yeh i count vets as temp powers
