Just as how each server has its own unique community, I think that the VIP server will develop its own community in time.

Quote:If you are still forming up at 5:30 next week, I will try to join you guys.I can push 5:30pm EST, but i can't do much later. I wanna try to get 2 runs in per tuesday night, and its really dependent on how much homework my GF has, and if she gets outta her class early or not. I usually start forming at 4:30EST, and then i start once i get 12 - 16 people. I don't want to run with much more then that though.
-
Ill be at work most of that time so I wont be affected.
-
I have no plans on leaving.
-
I cant wait till next week.
-
I would love to join the Keyes runs but Im also not available until 5:30ish EST on weekdays.
-
I look forward to each level. Its nice to have new powers but getting them slotted improves them.
-
I usually get up and stretch and walk around especially if I have been sitting for long periods of time.

A lot has changed in my life since I started playing the game. Apart from that Im still the same.
I started playing in July 05 on the first every computer I built Since then:
-Graduated from college in 06
Changed cars in 07
Changed jobs 4 times from the time I started playing to now. I had a really good job from 2007-2009 and lost it and I closed my CoH account.
Met, dated and married my wife.
Moved out my parents house and changed church after getting married and now have a child on the way.
Built a new PC to run CoH and return to the game in summer 2011.

Quote:I agree with this but everyone has there own reasoning.the devs can't fix most players wanting to be heroes. Period. End of discussion.
Some people don't like the thought of beating up heroes and refuse to come red side. Some don't enjoy the content. Others have their own reasoning.
I like the red side. I play on both.
After taking a year break from the game and coming back, I find that my villain sg has died mean while my hero side SG is still going strong. -
I placed mines in the Enforcers. It works very well for me.

Assault also grants resistance to taunt and placate. Most MMs usually take the Leadership pool.
-
I see tons of BAFs and LAMs being run but I rarely see anyone on my server attempting Keyes. I did keys twice when it first came out and have not since then.
-
I would say my Thug/Dark Is my most relaxing set.

Quote:/agreedHands down my sm/wp brute. Even before he was IO'd if I only had 20 minutes to play and just wanted to have a fun time smashing things I could take a Council paper mission, set it to x8, and just wade through worry and stress free as the enemies fell before me.
I still do that. If I haven't played the game in about a week he is the first character I log in, and Archon Leery is the first guy he spikes into the ground with Seismic Smash for mission completion.
I enjoy doing this also. Smashing the council with rocks never gets old. -
1. Scrappers
2. Brutes
3. Masterminds
4. Ice Armor tanks. The only tank that is fun for me.
5. Corrupters
6. Blasters
7. PB
9. Defenders
8. Controllers/Doms
Cant enjoy stalkers or villain epics -
You should be able to badge on any AT. Use whichever one you think you will enjoy badging with the most or use both. I find badging to be fun on my kat/inv crapper and thug/dark mm.
If you look at Badge-Hunter and City Info tracker you will see different ATs and different powersets. -
Most task forces and trials start out hard until people figure out what works best and they develop strategies to over come the difficulties. I remember when LRSF was a difficult SF, now its a walk in the park.

Least like AT:Stalkers
Least like powerset:Stone Armor -
Without doubt scrappers are my favorite AT by far to play. I really enjoy my Katana/Inv.
My Thug/Dark is my favorite villain to play. Stone Melee/WP and DM/DA are my second favorite villain combos.
