I am just curious why everyone uses the slash commands of:
powexec_toggle_on and powexec_toggle_off?
I have always just used the command:
powexecname, one push turns it on and another turns it off. It seems to me to be much simpler than focusing on doing one aspect (on or off). I mean, instead of running multiple bind .txt's to rotate themsleves out as need be, I just run three total binds.
/bind numpad7 "powexecname Bright Nova$$gototray 8"
/bind numpad8 "powexecname White Dwarf$$gototray 7"
/bind numpad9 "powexectoggleoff Bright Nova$$powexectoggleoff White Dwarf$$gototray 0"
Since you can only have one form up at a time and activating another form overwrites the first, hitting numpad 7 shuts off dwarf or human and activates Nova, numpad 8 turns off everything and turns on Dwarf, and numpad 9 shuts it all off (going to the appropriate trays each time). What I am asking is, am I missing some benefit to not using the toggle on and off commands and running mutliple .txt's? Or am I good? And yes, my bind does activate Shining Shield when going to human, I just didn't list that here for simplicity sake. -
Nm, got it now. Waited til I lost .1 points and got 1 more kill. It finally awarded

Anyone know if this bade is bugged? I got 400 rep last night and no badge was awarded. I checked many times and even got a few extra kills in and still nothing.

I saw a pic once of the beacons being placed on the legs of the teleporters and would like to do that with my base, I can't find the post anywhere and I ahve no idea how to do this. Does anyone know? I can't seem to find anything that the beacons "stack" on to push them away from the wall. Any help would be appreciated.

I am pretty bad with %'s in this game, not sure how much is the right amount and waht not. Could some list the actual recharge times for Smite, SL, and MG? Like in seconds, for the Smite, SL, Smite, MG attack chain? Thanks.

AdjustedCastTime = (ROUNDUP( Casttime / 0.132)+1) * 0.132
smite=1.188
SL=2.112
MG=2.244
MG need to recharge in 4.488
SL need to recharge in 4.62
Smite need to recharge in 2.112
((base recharge)/(required recharge)) - 1
Smite: 6/2.112-1=184%
SL:10/4.62-1=116%
MG: 15/4.488-1=234%

I think my brain just broke....yep, definitely dripping out my ear now. Thanks for the numbers, when I get back from the hospital I can look at making a build. -

Claws has a good attack chain at low levels

Claws might not be best, there are CoT Spirits in Posi and their lethal resist with the -to hit would make them a pain to fight. I think the best primary would be either FIRE/ or Dark/ since both have exotic damage types that are not resisted nearly as much. -
O.K.
Ninja - Go Ninja by Vanilla Ice
Thugs - Gangsta's Paradise by Coolio
Mercenaries - The Mercenary Theme from the game
Zombie - Re Your Brains by Jonathon Coulton
Robotics - The Terminator Theme (Bum Bum Ba Bum)
Poison - Toxic by B. Spears
Traps - Inspector Gadget Theme
Pain - Pain by Three Days Grace
I can't think of one right now for Storm, Trick Arrow, Dark, or FF -
Is Tatics need for Thugs/? I would think not since you would have 2 enforcers running it but I don't know the actual numbers they produce or if theirs is a smaller boost.

The only bind I use on my Scrapper is a Combat Jumping / Super Jump one.
CJ.txt (activates Combat Jumping)
numpad1 powexecname Combat Jumping$$bindloadfile c:\coh\sj.txt
SJ.txt (activates Super Jump)
numpad1 powexecname Super Jump$$bindloadfile c:\coh\cj.txt
Now when I play I hit Numpad 1 to activate Combat Jumping and hit it again to turn it off and activate Super Jump. Rinse repeat, that way I don't forget to turn Combat Jumping on after traveling. -
Thanks. One more question real quick instead of starting a new topic, Is there anywhere I can see a list of the new pvp enhancements? A list of what there is and their bonuses? Wiki has base info listed, but you have to know what the name of the set is to find it.

I know the Blessing of the Zephyr KB is pool D (TF) and 1 is a Pool B (Mission), but is the 3rd one a Pool A common or Rare? Paragon Wiki jsut says defeat enemies. Curious if I should roll Bronze or Silver to get a good shot at it?

Check my sig, there is an AV/EB at the end based on your difficulty setting. Was designed for a solo experience on Heroic.

How does the slow resist work? Let's say a Council Marksman hits with his slow attack and my number drops from 0% to -30%, with the Unique would it only drop to 10% because it prevents a 20% drop, or does it prevent 20% of the 30% drop, or does the slow just wear off 20% faster?

Arc Name: The Darkman Cometh
Arc ID: 33969
Author: @Sun Bird
Number of Missions: 5
Level Range: 1-54
Description: Part 1. An unsual encounter with a new villian group leads to many questions. Seemingly unrelated events carried out by the same group may have a more ominous meaning. -
I would love to be a judge for this if you need some. I have been running the MA arcs since it came out, and there are very few with actual stories (without knowing which ones to go straight too.) I would love to be able to have the good ones listed for me to experience.

Arc Name: The Darkman Cometh
Author: @Sun Bird
Arc ID: 33969
Difficulty Level: Easy to Moderate
Synopsis: Part 1 of 3. An unsual encounter with a new villian group leads to many questions. Seemingly unrelated events carried out by the same group may have a more ominous meaning.
Estimated Time to Play: Although listed as Very Long, there are a few defeat all missions, but they are all small maps and clear quickly. There is also an EB at the end, but you have an ally that can help keep him off balance -
Since we seem to be promoting our own arcs anyway, #33969 "The Dakman Cometh" is a story based arc. there are a few defeat all missions, but they are all on small maps and you would have to defeat the enemies on 2 of them anyway, they are all story related defeat alls. There is an EB at the end but you ahve an ally to help out. It's also part 1 in a series. Please give it a try and leave some feedback.

Not sure if this applies, but if it is a custom enemy, don't forget you can always put some of that history in their bio's. History that pertains to that enemy anyway. You could put how this type of minion has served the Leader since this event. Or how this LT. was key in this "arc." And for mission specific bosses, you can always change their bio in the "Boss" section of the encounter (and not alter the original bio) and make a unique boss who excels at "This" and "That" couldn't be done without them, if you catch my meaning.
