You can use the /send command to do so. For example: /send "Speed Trial" Hi everyone would say "Hi everyone" on the "Speed Trial" channel. More commonly people use it as part of a bind to chat on specific channels. If you wanted to use Shift+Enter to chat on "Speed Trial", for example, you could use /bind Shift+Enter BeginChat /Send "Speed Trial" (space on the end of that) and every time you hit Shift+Enter, the /send part would already be there and you just have to type and hit enter to talk on your "Speed Trial" channel.

He also might have passed the account to a younger brother. According to the facebook page in the sig, he's got a bunch of them.

You know, this is the second time I've heard someone talk about a longer route to get tier 4. I couldn't get the other person I heard it from to explain more at the time, but now I really wonder what they are seeing that makes it seem longer.

You have to download the complete game (over 4 gigs), there are almost no files which are the same between Going Rogue and the current version. There are a couple recent threads about this.

If you still have access to the old HD, you can copy the files over much faster.

While I'm not familiar with the power, I would say it's this line: "As Power Surge wears off, the charge in your body explodes in a massive EMP pulse." Following the last link in the power listing Summon EM Pulse gives you the stats on an AoE hold. So I'm guessing that when the power ends after 3 minutes there's an EMP effect that goes off. I'm sure someone more familiar with the power will speak up to verify or not.

I converted 10 Celerities/Unboundeds from non-stealth to stealths on the first try. Then the bad luck hit and it took 7 tries to convert the next one.

edit: My last two conversions, a level 16 rare (can't remember what) converted into an Unbounded Stealth in one shot. I wasn't even trying on that. Next was a level 19 Triage converted within healing set to Regenerative Tissue +Regen. I've had way too much good luck on these rolls.
