It's that time of year again. I'm looking to update the Paragon Wiki's maps, especially the red side ones. If you find a GM site that's not shown there, get the location via the /loc command and either post it here, on the talk page for that map, PM me, or send me a tell @StarGeek.
If you post locations here, please make new posts rather than editing an old post, so I get an email since I'm subscribing to this thread.
Telling me stuff like "it's near the hospital" doesn't help. I need actual numbers to plug into my script. Just go to where it was standing, type /loc, and send me the numbers (and the zone, of course).

Now that I think about it, I don't think Death Mages normally spawn low enough level to show up in DA. Aren't they mid thirties level and up?

You might try BillZBubba's Guide for Moving CoH or Installing Test to copy your EU version over. But there may still be differences between the two builds that will require the updater to fix things. At the very least, remove the .checksum file before running the updater. -

Note that this soft cap doesn't factor in level differences, debufs, to hit buffs, etc. So while fighting even con NPCs with no bufs or debufs, the soft cap works, but in other situations, it's helpful to have a bit more at least.

A friend is contemplating putting a damage proc in his blind power, but is wondering if the proc will affect critters hit by the aoe sleep part, and if so, will it break the sleep? Anyone know?

That's incorrect , actually. The game does not read underscores and spaces the same. In fact, the game doesn't read underscores at all. So, this
/bind KEY "powexecname Quick_Strike"
is equivalent to this:
/bind KEY "powexecname QuickStrike"
and is NOT equivalent to this:
/bind KEY "powexecname Quick Strike"
It's the last one that the OP needs to use. Use the space. Do not use underscores. The main value of underscores in binding is to make long bind commands easier for you to see
(e.g. pow_exec_name is the same as powexecname) -
