Additionally, if you prefer the CoV splasher/music, and have a couple other commands you like to use:

Since the switch "-project coh" doesn't seem to work for the European client, could anybody tell me which project name to use for the European servers?

I did some more searching, and it seems like eucoh is still the advertised command on the foreign language boards.
On a side note, if you are using CityofVillains.exe, you might have to use -project cov (not coh) or else you risk a client crash.
