  2. Other than switching sides at level 20, I don't think there is anymore.
  3. I just noticed one of the Valentine tip missions is from Valkyrie to Rick Davies. The only problem is that Rick is married to Caitlin Murray-Davies. Someone's being naughty
  4. Using the wiki's DynamicPageList function, I whipped up this list. It's certainly not perfect, as it basically includes the Vet badges twice (old version and new version). I took a quick glance over it, but it may also include some articles which aren't actually badges.

If anyone feels they can tweak the DPL command to make it better, feel free to do so.

For all questions about "the best", this is the answer.

It's almost always more about the skill of the player.
  6. Glad to have helped. I should be able to pull up the IP one by Monday if you haven't already gotten it.

If there's any interest, I might run a mayhem/safeguard event every now and then.
  7. Interesting.

Most of my encounters with DE lately have been in tip missions and a couple of times I tried to get quartz to drop by aggroing the group but not touching the Guardians, with no results.
  8. I've recently realized that I haven't seen a DE guardian drop a quartz eminator for a while now. I've seen the trees, cairns, and fungi drop, but not the quartz? Has anyone else noticed this?
  9. Remember, Vigilantes can also pull up mayhem missions.

I can also help on these if needed.

The MM pets hps seems well documented - Wiki page.

Not so much for other pets - Wiki page

AFAIK, this still works. While I haven't tested it, I'm sure if it had changed there would have been posts about it.

I would convert r merits to alignment merits.
    *points to sig*

At level 50, I'm currently getting an average of 98 mill per random hero merit roll after taxes and build cost with 82 rolls done. Subtract 20 mill for conversion and you'd still be making a good amount on average, more than most straight purchases.
  15. Both Opera and Firefox took me directly to http://na.cityofheroes.com/en/

True, no obvious direct link to the main page, but you can get there from the "Games" drop down in the upper left.

While it's not a list you can pull up from anywhere, you can go see Null the Gull to find out what you're missing. The info is at least available.
  17. I'm not sure what you're looking for. I type in "CityOfHeroes.com" and I get the CoH page. It shows the News for me, including a link to today's patch notes. Advert for the coyote power. Click the "News", "Community", "Game Info" etc links on the left and I get the info. Looks normal to me.

Minor edit: not link to patch notes, news about live server publish,
  18. No spring contacts in pocket d atm.

    SSA Reward Timer

I was actually just tested this today. I ran the first SSA yesterday, forgetting that I had run it last Tuesday, not Monday. So after running, I left the reward window up and logged out, since I couldn't get my hero merit. I checked my logs and I received a hero merit last week at 01-24-2012 10:14:29. When I logged in this morning at 8:50, the reward table was open and I got my merit. So it's definitely less than the full seven days, though I don't know by how much.
  20. It took me a bit to find a post which explained the double stacking. I knew it was out there and knew I couldn't explain it properly.

Nope, it still works. Kismet, regenerative tissue, Numina, miracle, and the stealths will all stack when zoning.

Actually, I find it quite useful. Just entering a mission gives you 120 seconds of 60' stealth, which makes you invisible to nearly everything. It's usually plenty of time to stealth to the last room and take it out. I use it a lot to run through radio/paper missions as fast as possible in order to get safeguard/mayhem missions. Stupid Safecracker/Firebug/Bomb Squad/Interceptor badges. You have to do 10 Safeguard/Mayhems at least for those, which means 50 radio/paper missions.

I check for the details, and it shows 3 celerity stealths of 30 feet each.

This toon doesn't have SS - yet. I plan to respec that in soon. Just wondering about this variation.
When you zone, the stealth will stack for 120 seconds. So when you zone twice fairly quickly, like popping into ouro and then back to another zone, you'll see it stack twice for a total of 90'. Take a look and you'll see it happen with similar IOs like Numinas.
  24. I need to work harder to make these.

We're coming up on One Year Anniversary of Last Chance!

The command is /e FireworkRocket, not FireworkFlare. Fixed now on wiki.
