I have villains in all those ranges except 20-25 and would be willing to help out. My weekday hours are pretty limited at the moment due to work, but I should be able meet up with you on the weekend sometime.
CORRECTION: The character I thought was in the 25-30 range is actually 31 now, so I guess I can't help with that one.

Thank you both. As I said I'd be willing to help with any levels/missions that need to be cranked out to help with this, and this will probably be done some time this weekend, or next as I usually have to log out of the game when everyone else logs in.
