The syntax to create a macro of an emote is:
/macro <macro name> e <emote name>
So, you would want:
/macro bloom e fireworkbloom
That will give you a button in your tray named "bloom". The other emotes are fireworksparkle and fireworkrocket.

for some reason the fireworkflare still doesn't work though. "/e fireworkflare" just causes me to say fireworkflare in local space.
I tried fireworkflare, fireworkrocketflare, fireworksrocketflare... ah well. No flare bind/macro for me!
the binds I ended up with...
/bind i, e fireworkbloom
/bind o, e fireworksparkle
But that's enough to spam fireworks during cutscenes! Yay! My teammates will love me on the next ITF!

How do you make a macro to shoot firework if you foolishly spent points to buy the holiday pack?
I've tried:
/e "fireworks - rocket flare"
/em "fireworks - rocket flare"
/em "rocket flare"
/em "fireworks-rocketflare"
Nothing works! it's very sad.
