Quote:That's full of win. Next on your list is "glowie and last mob standing" radar.Annnnnd.... done!
Ok, now I wish that the dev's introduce "The Little Black Book". Vet award, purchasable with one of the optional packs, a free gift to everyone just because... I don't care how we get it. This is an inherent power that gives you the phone numbers of every contact in the game, all of whom will offer you their missions when you are at the appropriate level because they've heard good (or scary, redside) things about you around town. This book will also allow you to call up the "go say hi" contacts such as in the Hollows, the field analyst, and PVP liaisons.
After that one comes true, anyone got anything else I should wish for and make happen? -

Between the hyperbole, ad hominem statements, the "ebil flipper" comments, and the "wah, I wanna be rich too, I just don't want to work for it" hogwash (not to mention a complete lack of understanding of grade school economics) in this thread I thought I was at the DNC.

To us cutting down on annoying spam only makes your game experience better. (Which reminds me, weve added new features to the in-game Email system to either shut it off entirely, or only receive emails from people on your friends list and/or people in your Supergroup. Another step in the battle against annoying in-game spam.) -
Snakebit's Guide to Avoiding the Market
1) Stay out.
2) Don't go in.
3) Ignore it.
4) Avoid it.
5) Abstain from entering.
6) Skip all market related activites.
7) When travelling, steer yourself away from it.
8) If you find yourself in the market even after following the steps listed above, leave it.
Oh, you said usefull. Sorry. Umm, use the stores. -

Quote:For me, yes. AE boss missions are truly boring.
I mean, are AE missions really THAT much different from the rest of the game that you can't stand them? -
I don't mind running into bosses in missions. I don't want to do missions where every encounter is a boss. I hope this isn't intended.

Hi, I was teaming with a friend yesterday, we were running difficulty 1 scanner missions in KR. I was 10, and he was sk'd. Everything was normal for a while, then after a couple of bank missions, we started seeing an unusuall number of bosses. One mission had 6 bone daddies. Another mission (Lost) had literally nothing but bosses. Not a single LT or minion on the entire mapl. Not complaining (yet), just curious if this is a recent change, and if it's in response to datamining.

Quote:The team leader (the person with the star) should invite people so that the group is composed mainly of a level range of +/- 4 levels, including those who are sidekicked. Usuall practice is for the team leader to select the missions from the highest level player on the team.See, I feel that this is going to be a silly question, but I'll ask anyway.
After invites go out and the team comes together, how does the group leader select missions that go along with the level of people within the group? eg: selecting mission(s) in the sewers.
As in the case lastnight, I didnt want to start inviting people and then lead them into a mission where we all get wiped out inside of 20 seconds. -
I also can't understand why so many people think it's not a team unless it's 6-8. I have more fun with 2-3 people than I do on full teams. (not directed at anyone)

Quote:Well, I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken. It was 2 years ago, so I'm probably confused over the N. Thanks!Maybe it was 600, not the 1600 you remember? Or maybe the 1600 was on a different character. The hours are saved for each toon separately.
Or, you accidentally checked an NPC with the letter N, which shows you the number of times you've gone on patrol, not the number of hours.
As a reference, one of my main characters is listed as going on patrol 1145 times, for a total of 2936 hours. -
I've talked to three GM's in game. Two of them were polite, friendly and helpful. The third was totally rude and dismissive.

When I got my first character to level 22 (and a million influence was significant for most everyone), a friend loaned me enough influence to purchase 10 shiny fancy mutation damage singles. And I excitedly hit SS and went straight to the magic store and bought 10 shiny fancy damage singles.

I'm curious if allowing my account to deactivate reset my hours on patrol. I checked it night before last with my first ever toon, and it was 689. When I left the game a couple of years ago, I remember it being over 1600. Any other way to check total hours on a toon besides the "m" citizens?

It's pretty easy, after you've bought that enhancement for the 500th time.
