Odd spawns

Hi, I was teaming with a friend yesterday, we were running difficulty 1 scanner missions in KR. I was 10, and he was sk'd. Everything was normal for a while, then after a couple of bank missions, we started seeing an unusuall number of bosses. One mission had 6 bone daddies. Another mission (Lost) had literally nothing but bosses. Not a single LT or minion on the entire mapl. Not complaining (yet), just curious if this is a recent change, and if it's in response to datamining.


I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

They recently changed the spawn system (from what I hear, they may have fixed it to the way it was originally supposed to work) so that bosses are more likely to spawn.

I guess they figure that if you can handle one boss at the end of a mission, you can handle more.

Soem scanner missions seem to be like that, primarily with Skulls and Hellions. I've entered ones where you have solo spawns of Damned for the first three or four encounters. I've seen it happen for awhile, but it seems recently that spawn settings were altered, as I've encountered bosses, set as bosses, at the lowest difficulty setting on occassion.

I don't mind running into bosses in missions. I don't want to do missions where every encounter is a boss. I hope this isn't intended.

I am one of the very few that don't like the spawn change/fix, I think. I liked being able to fight minions and lieutenants and only encounter bosses at the end of the mission. Now, if I join even a single person, we run into the possibility of having at least half the critters in our missions be bosses.

It's not fun.

That's been happening with Lost for years. I remember a Cape mission two years ago that had nothing but bosses in it. They're just a boss-heavy group.

And it's really not that big of a deal. It's not like there are huge swarms of bosses. It's just a few of them, even on a large team.

Lost spawned for 2 has always been able to create bosses, and when the mission does, it tends to be very streaky.

For me, pretty much every Lost mission is all bosses, solo or not. i just expect it now. A "feature" of that group.
