I don't have Vengeance on many characters. On one of the ones that do, my Rad defender, I have fully slotted Fallout and Mutation waiting to follow it.
I don't sit back and let people die... but when they do, I take full advantage of it.

I like Spiritual on my fire/fire. The extra recharge gets my heal up faster and makes it stronger, while making my Rebirth a LOT more powerful.

Check your Facebook security settings to make sure you're not using "Secure browsing". As others have discovered, the promotion page won't load if "Secure browsing" is enabled.
On your Facebook page, go to the upper-right corner, click on "Account", then "Account settings". Look for "Account Security" on the next page, click to expand it, then UNcheck the box by "Secure browsing (https)". Click "Save" to finish. Then try the CoH promotions link again and see what happens.
You can always go back and re-enable "Secure browsing" after you've gotten your game code.
EDIT: Nevermind, tried it in IE and it worked. /e facepalm -
Just found and listened to all of these. I love The Storm Palace, Lineage of War, the new Arrival at Atlas Park... well, all of them really. Excellent work!

As far as I understand, Titan-O are of limited value. The merits are the better choice.

One of the ones that struck me was the mission from Tina Macintyre where you are sent to explore an alternate dimension that was ruined by your alternate self. Just hearing the spirits cursing you as you explored the wreckage, and finally finding your double's diary, made me shiver.

In your Options, set it to hide unclaimable Certificates. Then they won't show up in your mail list until you're 50, so the button shouldn't be red.
Menu -> Options -> General -> Email -> Hide Un-claimable Account Items -

I think it's because Shout has a agonizingly long activation time, and actually causes you to do significantly less damage over time.

It was quite amusing watching people frantically trying to outrun my bid creep.
EDIT: You know what be fun? Keeping this up (reasonably) for a week or so. Let's see if I can keep the price around 100k. I'm not going to chase the 1 million inf Kinetic Weapon that I'm sure someone has thrown up there, but I want to see if I can keep the price up. -
Yeah, that would be the ones I bought for 5 inf before I thought to take a "before" screenshot.

On the armored pieces, simple stripes and block patterns are the best way to go. Doesn't look ridiculous, and can create a strong color combination.

Point is, most of us aren't normal humans here. We don't splash on the concrete. Given an average-weight hero of 150 pounds, falling from a a few hundred feet up and landing on a few square inches of feet, it's possible that sidewalks could crack with enough abuse. For some of these 300-lb+ meatshields you see bounding around, it wouldn't be a surprise at all.
