I would like to see a small amount of customization on armor costume types. The problem I hate is that Tech Crey=Tech Crey=Tech Crey. However, if there were a small amount of color patterns, like 2 or 3, for each of these armor types I think it would open up a large amount of variety.

I hate using those armor costumes because I feel like, damn, if anyone else picks Tech Crey we're going to look exactly alike. There are a ton more costumes than when I last played a long time ago, like 2006, but a small amount of color customization for each armor type would be awesome and wouldn't take a huge amount of man hours, I think? I think for the effort/reward it might be pretty high.

To specify, something like the outlines on Positron's armor is what I'm looking for, nothing huge but just like an extra design made specifically for the armor types 2 or 3 for each, to add a bit of personality. Maybe an outline, one with stars around the edges, and like one with circles.

Suggestion thread is down farther. The devs rarely come here. This is players helping players with questions about the game.

Can't you already do this? I know that if I were to pick Tech Crey as a tights option, I could apply any of the same patterns that I could use on tights. I don't use the Armored category, because I don't like the bulky look, but can't you use patterns on them as well?

On the armored pieces, simple stripes and block patterns are the best way to go. Doesn't look ridiculous, and can create a strong color combination.
