    acrobatics or hover is recommended as DA offers no knockback protection. combat jumping helps with immobilisation altho cloak of darkness always helps with this so not a necessity. if u want super jump as your travel power then the leaping pool comes in very useful.

    DA is very end heavy so stamina is a must.

    Its not AoE placate, its AoE blind if I am correct. Placate makes you 'hidden' to a target, and able to get the instant criticals/full AS damage, blind however simply means they cannot see you, but you are not in the 'hidden' state.

    smoke flash: Aoe placate (long activation time tho)

    Add Aim and Build up unslotted for ToHit you get an extra 162.5% Acc... which would make a grand total of 239.95% Accuracy giving you a 120.71% chance ToHit the Mastermind with PFF...

    Now correct me if I'm wrong please, I only just recently started doing numbers.

    with 3 slotted aim and build up with +3 SOs
    aim = +125.88%
    bu = +78.68%
    makes for a total of 204.56% = 2.0456 in the formula

    PFF = 119.6% = 1.196 in the formula
    Net tohit = (1 + 0.33) * [ 0.5 * (1 + 2.0456 - 0) - (1.196 - 0) ]

    Net tohit = 1.33 * [ 0.5 * 3.0456 - 1.196 ] = 0.434644

    which gives you a 43.46% chance.

    ouch. 6 slots cant defeat 3 slots. PFF truly is a powerfull power. too bad MM have it, as they can just send in their pets with virtually no risk

    CoF usefull in its FEAR function? BWUAHAHAHAHAH! now i have coffee all over my keyboard... seriously, since the nerf its useless as a fear (that ALWAYS has a gap iirc, and now is REALLY inaccurate and low mag)

    and yes, regen is still one of the most powerfull sets, i think you can just about (or just miss by a few secs) alternate MoG and IH, which both make you VERY strong.

    SR just dominates PvP (scrapper wise) because the base ACC is lowered to 50% in PvP (yes, even a /DA or /Inv can beat any other scrapper, thats up to the player, im talkin in general here)

    And as for SR + FF = pwnge, i can say the same about DA/INV + Sonics or really any scrapper with FF/Sonics buff, the 2 sets are amazing (try combining them for uber fun-ness )

    anyway, i dont know for sure, but CoD alone wont see through hide, CoD + CM/Clarity WILL iirc, and and to see through hide+stealth, you would need CoD + 2x/3x CM/Clarity

    Apparantly this uber player will kill me if Im unhidden (even though from what I can tell in his garbled post, I die for sure anyway) And from more of his garbled posts hes apparantly in the PVP zones all the time killing us, strange really as I know virtually all that I play against.

  13. if you plan on running both RI and EF, slot both of em with 2 end rdx at least.

    i have EF 3 end rdx (no rech, it recharges pretty fast) and RI 2 end rdx, 2 tohit debuffs, 2 def debuffs. and i can nuter almost any AV/GM and survive

    end is a bit of a problem, running both toggles is hard on your end if you want to fight (even with rad primary) AM sort of fixes the problem a bit, but you might need to slot with end reducers later on (i intend to put em in in the lvls 40-50, to make life easier)

    So it seems that the hitpoints increase depends on the AT you cast it on.
    I tested it on Mastermind of level 25,36 and 37 and for all three it increased by +100%
    A brute got roughly +60% increase, a corruptor and a stalker got +50%.
    I know that it looks seems odd, but thats i get when looking at the numbers.

    And the buff lasts for 2 mins. I didnt pay attention to the time for recharge, but it feels like somewhere around 90 secs. I will stop the time when i get online again tomorrow.

    i wouldnt do that. Pets SUCK, high dmg yes, but low accuracy, and while they are photon seekers, you'd rather call them photon [censored]. Their AI simply is worhtless, they go AWAY from the target and hover, instead of going to it and exploding. Only way to make them fire 'for sure' is to call them in mid-fight as just another extra attack. in which case you can better use the slots in build up and you r ranged attacks (which dont suck imho)

    1st Attack: (1.00*(1/9))+(0.75*(1/(9-1)))+(0.50*(1/(9-2))) = 0.2763
    2nd Attack: (0.75*(1/6.75))+(0.50*(1/(6.75-1))) = 0.1981
    0.2763 + 0.1981 = 0.4744

    which would still give you a 50ish % chance. a helluvalot considering its a sure win.
