Favourite power sets?

What's your favourite power sets for your scrapper? And why?

Don't know if anyone's asked this before but I'm just curious to see what everyone's favourites are.

/regen. I have two regen scrappers and I really like that set as a secondary.

I also like the katana primary and think kat/regen is a nice combo. That said, I still haven't really tried Broadsword. I really should to see if I can replicate the same kind of character with BS/regen.

Spines. 'Cause it owns more than the rest.

Dark Melee, looks awesome especially when you turn on the style in the middle of a mob

/regen as well. It represents all you need for a comic book hero. Whatever they do to you, you get back up and back in the fight in no time. And no downtime between fights, who can say no to that.

I favour Katana as well but that might be because of the look.

BS and Invuln, only because it's the only scrapper combo I've used! might run a Katana/Regen at some point in time, but then again I might pick something else if a new powerset becomes available in issue 7.

Katana as a primary. Besides it looking hella cool, all of the moves feel fluid. Regen as secondary because almost nothing can kill you once you press a couple powers. Also i love glowing

Well I've found I dont like regen, or invul. I guess thats SR and Dark as my secondries (though SR is very frustrating its a lovely concept)

DM & MA are the nice primaries in my opinion, I know spines is awesome, but I'd rather look good and have the singe target kills thanks.

Katana and Dark Armour, Kinda mix and match of my 2 50 Scrappers

I like Dark/Dark best. Endurance can be a problem at times, but the strange damaging AoE / self buffs ( Soul Drain, Dark Consumption and Dark Regeneration ) and the lovely fear powers ( Touch of Fear and Cloak of Fear ) combined with a rare damage type make it lots of fun.

However accuracy debuffs can really ruin your day.

@Unthing ... Mostly on Union.

i love regen as a secondary, but guess thats mainly cos my first character was regen. again katana would be my fav primary as that what my 50 has, but enjoying spines aswell.
like the dark powersets alot, but only really when playing as dark/dark, dont work so well if taken seperately imo

Spines and Regen, especially together, damn good AoE Kickass combo.

I love my MA Regen who owns solo but as he gets into a large team he bacames more annonomous but Spines Dark Armour is a killer combo in larger teams.

Played both BS and Katana and Katana does come up on top in terms of style.

For secondaries I love SR, when you've got it right and see your character dodge loads of melee hits consecutively it looks like agents from the Matrix dodging bullets.

Recently I can't help but laugh at those poor Nemesis guys chucking their bullets at me to no avail

And yes I'd have to agree, Eagle Claw from MA looks hawt!

My preferred primary would be Dark Melee with Martial Arts coming a close second.

For me I would say that at the moment Super Reflexes is a lot more enjoyable than the other secondaries for a scrapper...although I have yet to experience the joys of Dark Armour (Katana/DA hero only lvl5).

Elude to me is a lot more effective and less dangerous to use compared to that of Regen's MoG and Invul's Unstoppable.

MA/SR! Again, because its my main charactersÂ’ but it looks so elegant.

Am tempted to roll up a spines/regen at the moment.

Dark Melee, even with the poor accuracy is my all time favorite, followed by Claws. MA is okay but not mad keen on the knockbacks. BS/Kat not mad keen on possibly as the run animation while holding the sword is horrible. And spines while I like the concept I hate the look.

Regen, especially now when I have only one toggle, still would love my I3 scrapper back, but one toggle that does everything. Plus a smorgasbord of clickies that make very hard to kill. (unless its a controller.)

Dark Amour is my other favorite, though I've never got much beyond 20 with it, I like the looks, I like the concpets, I don't like the lack of end.

SR too many toggles, and Invlunerability never tried with a scrapper.

I'd have to go with /regen. Nothing quite like standing (smugly) waiting for other heroes' end to recover.

I do have a tendency to get overconfident with it though... (I don't have Granite Armour, I don't have Granite Armour...)

spines/invul. most definetly!
They rock the hardest n kick loads upon loads of [censored].
Havent really tried all the others but hey, i have spines.
