Allegedly there were plans for more zones like Cimerora to make the Club into a hub for these other zones, but I have no idea what floundered.

Y'know, if we're lucky, this game will just become one of those MMOs with a devoted core of customers that just plinks along throughout the years. There's at least a couple out there already like that.

The problem is, that they build things up over the season and you expect some monster throwdown.
Take the Doomsday fight, or lack thereof, for instance. We get the buildup throughout the entire season that he's such a big bad. What happens? Relatively nothing for a final fight between Clark and DD. What was it? 30 seconds at best? And handled off-camera? Can't recall for sure, but it definitely wasn't even on par with the weakest fight scene in No Ordinary Family.
Granted, we aren't going to get the finale of JLU here in terms of fighting between Clark and Darkseid, but come on... -

It was like watching Godzilla, who could be 40 feet in one shot and 400 feet the next. Apokolips first showed up behind Saturn and bigger. To play a trick with perspective, you have to put the smaller object in front of the bigger one. So it goes from being a Saturn sized planet to barely moon sized.

I'd likely have to buy a completely new PSU before I got a new video card, as apparently the current one only has enough oomph for the current video card and quad-core. In any case, the medium settings are decent enough to keep me pleased, so no hurry.

UGH, I hate that song. I hated it BEFORE that movie came out (and I worked in a movie theatre when it did come out, and heard it umpteen times a night). NO!

I think they'd still fire on us anyway - acording to the invasion plans, Tyrant wants to wipe every superpowered person out, so the calls for us to surrender would just be a trick to make the fight way easier
Taking prisoners would just mean he'd have to divert more of his resources to watch over them, and it's unlikely that he'd be planning top try and brain-wash them to fight on his side, as all that effort isn't really needed when he has his Olympian Guard cloning program. -
