Actually, I reckon you can get more damage in with Elec than you can with Ice.

Snipe.
Tesla Cage.
Get in close for Energy Punch, Bonesmasher.
Power thrust.
Snipe again before opponent can get back up/use breakfree.

Maybe get a Total Focus in there or a Lightening Bolt somewhere, I'm no expert, though.

I think it depends on who you're facing, if they don't really have much utility they don't stand a chance vs a Brute/Scrapper.

I know, because I've beaten up two Brutes at once before.

Actually yeah I think the /Ice corrupters have a killer Slow power, and of course /Dark can floor Accuracy. But I've only ever torn apart /Fire Corrupters.

Siphon Speed isunsupressed, it doesn't make you unsupressable with other things, though.

Actually it only gives resistance against Smashing and Energy.

But Energy Melee is better than Ninja Blade.

Anyhoo you went totally over the top with the ammount of Endurance Reductions in Mind over Body.

Edit to add - Not sure the defbuf is worth it in Indom will either, stick three recharges in there instead.
Edit2 - You get a def of 19.61% three slotted and a 12.5% base, so it's not really worth it.

Yeah, it's typed, just not resisted in PvP. It is resisted in PvE though.

I think Assasin Strike doesn't quite count as a crit...

Edit - Just checked a combat log from my stalker and it does say it's a Crit, so I assume the damage doesn't infact get resisted, not sure I agree with that.

I was under the wrong impression since I've been one shotted on my scrapper in Bloody Bay/Sirens (Lack of Tough, and at the time Dull Pain) but never in Warburg (Where I have Tough)

Oh snap. Let's not forget 30% of Blaster damage cannot be resisted.

With Hasten up I can cycle my Best most damaging single target stuff for PvP/Arch villain/Bosses OR I can cycle AoEs and Cones for when I'm looking at a group of enemies.

Don't know why you show all this love for Regens when using your Kin Kaya, you've never beaten a Scrapapocalypse Horseman.
