    Which to make?

I have to agree with SinisterDirge. Stone/ELA is an awesome combo. It provides extra recovery, recharge and AoE damage - basically everything that stone kinda lacks.
If you don't like elec, however, willpower is your second best choice.

    Next farmer?

The 2 best will be Spines/Fire (assuming it will get buffed by then) and... Elec/SD.
  4. Hmmm, seems that you're right, my bad... Although I pretty sure I've seen something about in patch notes quite a while ago, gonna look for it now.
  5. Brute Claws also have 20% less endurance cost and 20% shorter recharge times than the scrapper ones.
  6. It checks for each enemy hit, although the bonus from it can not be stacked.

  8. Stone/Elec sure sounds interesting but I'm gonna vote for Stone/SD. On paper it looks extremely fun. Being more of a ST oriented set, Stone Melee benifits well from SC, and the +dmg buff from AAO is pretty awesome as well. Of course it doesn't have any direct endurance management tools like /ELA or /WP but AAO boost your damage and as a rusult - your DPE numbers, which can be considered to be some form of end management as well.

Say you slot 4 of this set at L50 (not 4 Acc/Rech, any 4 of the set), which gives 3 bonuses in addition to the actual enhancement. If you go below 47, the set bonuses are lost. This is how both Globals and Set IO bonuses function. Would you rather slot it at 30 to make sure the set bonuses function for 20 extra levels (47 – 27) and lose some actual effectiveness in the powers themselves (lower level enhancements), or just keep it at 50 and say “I don’t care about the set bonuses when I exemp. I probably won’t need them anyway.”? Is there a rule of thumb? This is particularly interesting to me for Luck of the Gambler: + Recharge/Defense (goes from 25-50). Would you sacrifice a few % of DEF (in a power you may not even use, so the loss of DEF wouldn’t matter, since this is sometimes used in mule powers), to get a Global recharge bonus you could use for 25 extra levels (slotting 25 vs slotting 50)? What do you guys prefer/do?

    2. Uniques/Procs: Let’s take Celerity: Stealth. This is Unique proc and goes from 15-50. Here is the text from Paragonwiki (link: http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Table_of_Special_IOs) : “Obviously, if you are exemplaring and the power the Proc is in is greyed out, then you can't get the benefit of the Proc. However, the upside of Procs is that they continue to work even if you exemplar way below their level. E.g., a level 50 Stealth in Sprint will work even if exemplared to level 10.” So as long as the POWER is available to you, the proc will work. Sprint is available from the beginning. What is the difference between slotting level 15 vs level 50? (Reminder: This enhancement provides no % increase in run speed, less endurance, etc at all; it is just a proc). Wouldn’t a level 15 enhancement be cheaper to craft/get materials for/be useful for much longer in the game then waiting all the way to slot a level 50?
I think your first question partly answers your second one. The ovious reasons for slotting lower level Procs are the bonuses (thus making some lower level procs more expensive than level 50 ones sometimes). For example, let's take the Obliteration set. Let's say all the IOs are level 38, bar the Proc, which is 50. This means that you get 4 bonuses at level 35, but you aren't getting the 5th until 47. That's how I see it anyway.

As for me, I usually start slotting IOs at level 35-38, when I have enough slots in my powers and usually get the sets as soon as I can. That said, I don't care much about IO levels as I rarely exemp down, but I want to get extra benifits from bonuses ASAP.
  10. I'd say Mu Mastery is way better for AoE damage than Levi, and Soul Mastery is better overall.

As for primaries, the best all-around set in my opinios is Claws. It has very high ST and AoE damage as well as some decent migitation in Focus and Shockwave, and a place for AH -Res proc. The only drawback is that it has pure lethatl damage.
I don't have much experience with BA and WM, but both sets look pretty good on paper, with latter appearing to be slightly better.

    Team Ouro issue?

I've had this bug today as well, noone but the leader got the badges. The arcs, howerver, counted towards 'X ourob arcs completed' badges. Still waiting for the response from the support team.

No and no. SD works well enough on SOs and Lucks only. High-end top performance SD builds are expensive indeed, but then again, any high-end builds are. My Elec/SD brute costed my around 200-250 mil and it has softcapped defense, sustainable endurance and some global reacharge (30% iirc).
And I can't see how SD can be a pain to use. Please clarify that.
  14. They do have the same activation time but Boxing actually deals slightly more damage than Jab.
Punch however has a higer DPA value so it might be better to use it instead of Boxing.
  15. Hey folks. I rolled a Claws/SR brute a few days ago and so far I enjoy him a lot. He's almost lvl 30 now so I've put together a build for him. I don't have bottomless pockets so I tried to make it as cheap as possible. The only 2 expensive IOs I have in it are the AH -res proc and Steadfast +def unique. I haven't checked all the prices yet but so far it seems that this build might cost me even less than 50 mil.

Here's the build I came up with, any criticism and opinions are welcome:

  16. SoW is actually the most player friendly tier 9 defensive power in the game. It might not turn you into a demigod for a couple of minutes like Elude or Unstoppable but you won't suffer from their post effects either. You won't have to hit all the insps in your tray like there's no tomorrow if you suffer from it's crash during the battle, just pop a couple of blues and you're ready to move on.

So is SoW actually needed? Absolutely no.
Is it a nice power to have. Yes it is.

Edited to add - Personally, I don't have it on my level 43 BS/WP Scrapper and I'm doing just fine. He is semi-IOd already and is capable of soloing +2x6 spawns and can take down a pylon. I'd love to fit it in my build somwhere, but there's just no space for it.
  17. Take energy and slot the attacks for KB. Just imagine how fun it'll be to use him on those random PUG TFs... By the time everyone realize what they've done when invited you, it'll be too late
  18. Hey folks. So I've finally decided to push my Katana/Dark scrapper to 50 and IO him up. He's currently lvl 40 and I haven't even touched him since like, uhm, I8.. My primary goal was to give him as much S/L def as possible. Secondly, I went for +Recharge and +HP. At the moment he has 41.5% Defense to S/L, 1570 HP without any accolades and 45% global recharge.
I've added ToE chance for +end proc to Dark Regen to compensate its high end cost, but I'm not sure if it checks for every target hit by it or just once when activated.
I'd also love to fit in maneuver somehow to push my S/L def to the softcap but I have no idea what power to drop...

    Anyway, here's my build:

  19. Hmmm, I don't quite get the idea of this build... It seems to be just a mixture of random set bonuses. If I were you, I'd try to get as much S/L Def as possible, then I'd aim for +Rech and +HP/Regen.
Anyway, here's my version of your build. I left all the powers you had but altered your slotting a bit, although I'd personally take SJ as a travel power and consider adding Maneuvres to the build.

  20. I wasn't actually aiming at surpassing the soft cap to ranged, I wanted to add as much extra Def to everything else as possible.. The second build has 9% defense more to AoE and 5% more to everything else, which may not be too vital for my overall survivability but is still nice to have.
As for Blizzard, it just doesn't fit my current playstyle. First of all, I have 5 toggles constantly running so getting toggledropped is rather annoying to me. And then again, I usually fly above the mobs and spam Ice Storm and Sleet every now and then and let scrappers do the 'dirty work'.
