FF chance for rechare in footstomp?
It checks for each enemy hit, although the bonus from it can not be stacked.

Scorpio_ is correct.
If you hit the target cap (10 targets), it's a 65% chance of at least one firing. If it does trigger, your recharge should be high enough that you can stomp again at least once, possibly twice, before it wears off. This means that you should be able to keep it on you most of the time, as long as the enemies keep coming, and you have endurance left.

Actually, you can't chain activate it anymore. They added a 10 second suppression period after each activation, so the maximum it can be up for is 5 seconds out of every 15. That said, it's still very useful, just not as ridiculously much so as it used to be.

Also, I believe it used to be broken and was ALWAYS firing. But I think they fixed that quite some time ago.

Does the chance for recharge check for each enemy effected or just once per power activation?
