Elec/Elec Scrapper Take 2
Hmmm, I don't quite get the idea of this build... It seems to be just a mixture of random set bonuses. If I were you, I'd try to get as much S/L Def as possible, then I'd aim for +Rech and +HP/Regen.
Anyway, here's my version of your build. I left all the powers you had but altered your slotting a bit, although I'd personally take SJ as a travel power and consider adding Maneuvres to the build.

Umm... lol, yer smart

I'm not so great with mids/heroe building period, but youre totals are way better than mine. You said trying to get super jump and manuevers into the build, sounds like an awesome idea. But i dont know what to substitute for it, maybe the blaze mastery? I really dont need it if im going to be teaming, well maybe fire ball/melt armor, but not necesary.
Scorpio could you throw up a build that you would prefer?
Another thing, this build has only 7 seconds without hasten! I like that.
OK So I'm opening this up again because this is very tricky to me! I mean you'd think this wouldnt be hard but it is! I've got 1 billion influence saved up to IO this guy up, but I have no idea how! I want to be able to farm. I'd like to be able to "tank" but not be a tank. Well, here's my attempt. Criticize it as much as you can! Get mean with it!
