  1. I'm not sure you'd have enough recharge to run the MG > SM > SL chain if you dropped the Hecatomb set.

    Make me infamous

I'd like to have as much negative rep as I can. To insure this I will insult your mother and tell a really corny joke. Your mother is ugly and smells like old sour milk and most of what I say doesn't make sense because I don't have a job, get it?! The sad reality is that most of my corny jokes have a kernel of truth to them. *rimshot*

    Chilling Embrace

Can anyone tell me about this power, I have an Ice/Ice blaster and was thinking of specing into Chilling Embrace as well as Frozen Aura for a kind of PBAoE blaptrollerish feel. Any thoughts?

  6. Claws/Dark is a good option. Not as much AoE as spines but infinitely better st dmg and considering how thirsty dark is claws will also help with that too

Because I couldn't figure out a way to keep my softcap, recharge, and fit it in . The bright side is that I have hail of bullets down to a 35 second recharge! I'll have to change it once I get home I'm at work hehehe.
  8. Well this is going to be my uber expensive build for my Pistols/Mental Blaster but I'm thinking about going a different direction...

  9. I'm not sure what you're trying to slot for? Is there any goal for this build?
  10. Just a small suggestion, maybe revamping the running travel powers similar to ninja run. When you run backwards your character turns around and looks behind them or when you run sideways they face sideways.

Why would people start paying more for something when prices are relatively stable on both sides? For example, if prices of LotG: 7.5%s are stable at 160 on Blueside and 205 on redside (making a guesstimation) are you saying prices would go higher than 205? Why would that happen? Supply and Demand have found equilibrium Redside at that price. Why are villains, or heroes, suddenly going to desire the same amount, or more, at a higher price? Is the supply going to disappear?
I'm not sure if I am explaining myself correctly, I beleive that due to the lower population red side there will not be as much supply coming from them as it will be more from blue side and due to having characters with more unspent INF the prices will be driven higher than what the equilibrium is currently at. Of course I can be wrong but that is my prediction.
  12. Really quickly because I have to go to class

I made a few changes to your build to lower your endurance cost as its really high on the second build. I'm a stickler for DDR so I'd try to get your DDR as close as you can to the cap.

Im with you, I am buying as much as I can now while the prices are low. The prices come GR are going to skyrocket and they will stay there. Villainside won't be add as much as it will be taking from the market, so anticipate a huge boom in sales and prices not seen since AE was introduced.

The only two secondaries that you won't have worry about endurance on would be regeneration, and willpower.
  15. Yes it would, I can hear the 300dps barrier cracking open just at the thought of a claws/shield scrapper.
  16. For farming I would suggest either /dark or /fire. Dark is a whole lot sturdier due to having dark regeneration which is the best heal in the game bar none. Fire will increase your damage out put due to having Firey Embrace. And for farming you definitely want to have a damage aura.
  17. Then I'm not sure why you would say Ice is overrated. I can effectively solo without dying x8 and that was before I had my soft capped s/l defense. In the right hands ice is overkill when it comes to survivability. An Ice/Ice/Cold Blaster is the Blaptroller king
  18. I'd much rather have a claws/shield than an SS/Shield Scrapper
  19. LOL that is a lot of healing, usually just application with 3 or 4 enemies in range will fill up your health bar with around 40% enhanced healing.

Check out my builds in this thread, it has probably the best slotting for Dark Regeneration. It focuses on recharge and endurance usage which is what you really need for Dark Regeneration.

Have you ever played an Ice Manipulation blaster?

  24. Ice/Ice/Cold is the most survivable Blaster combination ever but its almost too much control.
