At a first glance, I'd say the build looks quite squishy. You have next to no Defense, making practically everything hit you after a few Def Debuffs (which are abundant). No Fighting pool means low S/L Resistance. At only ~35% you'll get hit hard, because most of the damage in-game is S/L, and most of the big-hitters are also S/L. You also skipped OG which eliminates 99% of the minions in melee range.
I'm also a bit worried about your damage output, Hack and Parry are way underslotted for damage and you'll be using them quite a bit between Disembowel and Head Splitter.

I slot my DR in the way that I saw on a couple of other builds posted in the forum:
Touch of Nictus (all but Chance for Negative Energy Damage)
Theft of Essence Chance for +Endurance
Looked at the build finally. Why did you go for Resistance vs Defense? Defense will save a lot of incoming hurt. A LOT.

For Dark Regeneration I slot for accuracy and recharge rather then end reduction. With the Chance for +End PROC you will be fine with the end costs. I see you have Hasten which alleviates the recharge but a simple switch of the Multi-Strike for the Cleaving Blow Acc/Rech or add the Nictus: Heal/Rech and get a 9% acc bump from that set.
For Death Shroud replace the End with the final Obliteration. The defense bonus is too good to pass up on that. With your End recovery skills you should be fine with the higher End costs when all them are running. Personally I took this at a higher level as I didn't see me using it at low levels due to the low damage and end costs. Alternatively switch the entire set to Multi-Strike. That set gives maxed Acc, Dam, and End and includes a defense bump for both range and melee. If your issues are end for this skill then using that set cures that and costs you a lot less then Obliteration.
Along the same line it would be nice to get one more slot for Whirling Sword to finishing that Obliteration set and get the defense from it.
For Dark Embrace, Murky Cloud and Obsidian Shield consider a switch to Reactive Armor instead. 4 slots of that gives ranged and melee defense bumps which would help.
I would lower the slots on Physical Perfection. The recovery bump for that is not all that good. Keep the +End PROC and an End Mod in it and use the other two slots in Whirling Sword and maybe Conserve Energy (Add another Recharge Reduction).
I love Cloak of Fear, try to take it earlier if you can. Really helps with crowd control and the -to hit it has is as good as adding defense.
Overall I would say you are over recharge slotted. You only have a few skills that need that much (Hasten, Soul Transfer and Conserve Power) and those have recharge slotted within them. Let go of a few recharge set bonuses to get some defense. Get your defense into the 20's and the parry will take you over the top.
What was the standard slotting for that? I totally forget and I don't want to slog through the boards to track it down. Trying to finalize my BS/Dark build.

Dark/Shield Build Thread
I don't know that there's a standard slotting for it. Here's mine:
However, that's a lot more healing slotted than I would recommend for general play. It's for those times when I feel like taking on an AV without minions, allowing me to leave Death Shroud running to take the AV down faster. I also have enough global accuracy and to-hit to make up for the fairly anemic accuracy in the power itself.

Numina's Convalescence end/rech, heal/rech, heal/end/rech
33% accuracy
84% endurance
84% heal
96% recharge
12% regeneration
1.87% hit points

LOL that is a lot of healing, usually just application with 3 or 4 enemies in range will fill up your health bar with around 40% enhanced healing.

What was the standard slotting for that? I totally forget and I don't want to slog through the boards to track it down. Trying to finalize my BS/Dark build.
