    I am very excited about I19, I am the type of player who enjoys playing my level 50 character and doing as much content, min/maxing, some rp, and pvp. With GR there wasn't really much for me to look forward to other than playing red side content. I19 brings so much to look forward for for my L50 characters. With the inherent fitness i get to rework a few of my builds and see where I can change and modify aspects of the builds. I also get to work toward my alpha slots as well as see how the alpha slot improves my PvP character.

    Lightning Rod does not apply a constant damage across all targets, it has a decreasing damage radii.

    I've been playing around with your build and unfortunately of the 4 iterations I've gone through recharge will suffer by at least 10%.

    I'd aim for 1 or 2% higher than the defense cap, usually when you get debuffed its by 1 to 2% with capped DDR so its nice to have that buffer.
  23. I would make a KM/WP or SR because they're both relatively cheap to make fairly sturdy.
