Taking a break from College Football watching (and getting ready for Ohio State) and started throwing together a few build ideas for KM because I really wanted to try it. However, I have a few questions in regards to secondary with respect to the budget I plan am allocating for the character. As far as that budget plan, I am pretty much going on anything less than LotG +Recharges.
I am down to deciding between Shield or Regeneration. I know building for some recharge is going to be paramount for the primary and definitely /Regen, but getting Shield Charge up more would be nice for /Shd as well. Building for the Softcap with Shield would definitely happen, and is within my budget I want for this guy.
Just wanted some input about what secondary to run (and if I should run it as a blue-side Brute or Scrapper if I go Shield) and what attack chain I should be going for. Search-fu is failing next to Nebraska and Michigan's attempts at comebacks.
11 months of all-nighters, messy feeding sessions, bath fighting and realizing just how good my son's lungs work, and I am still convinced he is the crowning accomplishment in my life. What in the blue HFIL is wrong with me?

I would make a KM/WP or SR because they're both relatively cheap to make fairly sturdy.
