  1. You don't need +HP on a regeneration scrapper, with Accolades you're around 1700 to 1800 hp, with one DP you're already at 2200 to 2300.

I ask because I really want to tackle some +4s on my DM/Shield when he's complete.

    Costume Slider

I would like to see the slider option expanded. Have the option to make different parts of your body smaller/larger. Head, neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, hands, torso, upper leg, lower leg, and feet. Have the option to make them thicker, thinner, longer, and wider. It would add an almost infinite range of body types for characters.

    Which developer

Is in charge of the costume creator?
  5. Here is my fire/regeneration build, this is version 8, I have 7 others you can have.

Anyway, I am not entirely sold on dev just yet and would swap it for /em if it would work better on teams/solo. Thoughts?
If you're having fun with it then it is very good!
  9. I wouldn't suggest soft capping regeneration because you will have to sacrifice too much. I would shoot for 25% to all positions, and 60% or more in global recharge bonuses.
  10. 5:15 is full retard fast. Congratulations! Now do it without any toggles!

Those build are out of date. Take both because you are able to attack enemies when you are mesmerized. Also I would advise not taking the fire epic pool because nothing says you plan to die more then Rise of The Phoenix. Take Electrical or Force, they both provide a huge resistance bonus in Force of Nature and Surge of Power. Not to mention Force offers Personal Force Field which is a great power to use when you're in over your head.
  12. Soft capping is good for AV soloing, RWZ challeges, and other rediculous trials. You're better off getting a mixture of ranged defense and recharge or if you're cool like me you'll have dual builds and have a soft capped ranged defense build and retardedly high recharge build.

    Blaster Balance

Blasters are fine the way the are. The only buff that I could see happening is the snipe change that Dominators got being ported over to Blasters.
  14. Santorican

    Gaussin

I've looked around and cannot find anything regarding Gaussin, what type of hero is he?
  15. I would suggest downloading Mid's and playing around with a build and posting it up. Make sure to specify what you want out of it.
  16. Santorican

    Blaze Mastery

Melt Armor on Tankers gives a tiny amount of defense and resistance debuff.
  17. Here is a relatively cheap build, no purples or pvp ios

  18. My reason why they're adding a lot of defense is because in an up coming issue there will be a huge war all over paragon where enemies will all be equiped with some form of targetting drones and IR goggles so they will hunt down heroes and kill them off. The Developers are just giving us a head start lol.

Nah, seriously, ginsu's make great daily use knives. Not fancy, but they cut, and they're cheap, and if they break/get damaged, no sweat.

Not very good for food prep, though, not heavy enough.
Gnisu knives are good for a few uses and that's it lol.
