Did you build that on the cheap ignoring what levels you took powers because looking at that made me vomit a little. MoG at 49? Integration at 24? Barely any recharge slotting?

Here's the MA/Regen build I have on file. It was built for a guy that had some pretty specific build requests (re: Energy Torrent) otherwise I would have done some stuff differently. Either way, it exemplifies what I have found to be optimum buildiness for */regen: loads of +rech (enough to run the Storm>CAK>Storm>Crane attack string), as much positional +def as could be shoved into it, and sustainable endurance. One of the advantages of this one is that it's actually a respectable AoE damage dealer. The biggest downside is that the build is gonna hurt your pocket book.

On a side note, make sure you get the 4 passive accolades. All of them except for TFC are actually really easy to get once you earn the "gatekeeper" badges: Dimensional Warder for Portal Jockey (my characters all get this when leveling from 40-50 thanks to Tina and Maria), The Silver Bullet and The Slayer for Atlas Medallion (my character generally get this in their mid 30s thanks to gobs of Council mishes), and Unveiler for Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member (generally gotten at 50 having run a few TFs on the way to TFC).

Wow a hecatomb, apocalypse and Ragnarok set, hurt your pocket book is right - you better be packing some serious inf to slot those sets. With prices skyrocketing due scarcity of purple drops because of all the AE farming you have the 3 most expensive purple sets worked into that build. With prices for dmg purps averaging 175 mil a pop right now slotting those 3 powers alone could cost you over 2 billion influence. Thats not including the Numina proc and Heal, and the Miracle proc and heal as well as the LoTG set. You might be able to mitigate some of that cost with recipe rolls and WW sales - while this is an optimized build and it is very good - I don't think the slotting is realistic for the majority of players. Think you could post a more budget friendly but effective build? I would like to see that as I am currently lvling an MA/Regen.

I know that we as Regens always use Intergration, but why not throw the Numi Proc in Fast healing, and throw another Numi in Int? Will boost you in the Regen from the 2 Numi's as well, but throw in that addition. I mean aside from the standard IO heal you have in Fast healing that is. I always try to keep all my procs in an auto power ftw! But again what is mentioned here is expensive, but just by changin a few you might be able to save a couple bucks. I will be honest, I never work a purp or purp set into a build and I still get great results, sure not AS good as purps, but def enough.

Edit: But seeing as its you Um, I am positive you are aware and have a reason for doing what you did

You get more out of the numina and regen tissue uniques if you put them in integration along with other heal IOs then you would if you put them in fast healing with the same slotting. (Its a toggle so you turn it on when you need it anyway.) For some reason, it enhances based on the strength of power its slotted in instead of a set amount. So you get more out of it in integration and a lot less if they are in health. The miracle unique doesn't matter though.

I don't consider anything that can be gotten with merits, merit rolls or ticket rolls to be over priced because they be gotten without spending a single inf. Dmg purple sets and pvp IOs are another story. The mez purple sets are sometime cheaper then or around the same price as their high end rare counterparts. I wish I had known that before I bought and slotted a set of malaise illusions.

Wait, so 2 powers with both + Regen, you are telling me that you get more Regen/sec If the Numi is in Int than FH? See I don't have mids where I am. Whats the number diff? Both FH and Int base, and then how much more regen you get with it being in Intergration because it clearly states that it adds a 20% regen rate off of the base. That doestn say that you get 25% bonus for it being in one power over the other. Not to mention, if you could find an extra slot for FH you get the extra 12% there...I havent even looked if hes past his 5 set cap but yea...explain please because I dont follow. Its a global bonus.... sooo ??

Here's how it works. The +regen procs in powers benefit from the +heal slotting in that same power. Since Integration has a 100% +regen buff that is enhanceable (the other 50% is unenhanceable /em shakefist at Cryptic) and Fast Healing has a 75% +regen buff, it's better to load Integration with the procs to benefit from the more effective +heal slotting rather than splitting it up between the two.

Maths:
My Slotting: Integration + Fast Healing + set bonuses = (50+(100+20)*1.799) + (75*1.424) + 12 = 384.68% +regen
Split Slotting (procs in FH, 3 Numina in Int): Integration + Fast Healing + set bonuses = (50+(100)*91.78) + ((75+20)*1) + 12 = 348.78% +regen

You can only slot 1 Numina Proc per toon - they are unique - you can slot a Numina proc and a Miracle proc - what's the regen/recovery cap? Is there even a cap on those attributes?

Check the Limits page on Paragonwiki here. The regeneration cap for Scrappers at level 50 is 3000%. The recovery cap is 500%.

You won't get to either of those without external buffs though. You'll barely get up to half, even if you build for it.

I'm sorry I don't understand what you're asking. You can only slot 1 Numina's Convalenscence: Chance for Regeneration/Recovery, Miracle: Chance For Recovery in your build.

When I clearly go back and move some of my enhances on Mids, I am dropping in regen when I put the proc in Int vs. putting it in FH, and now that I have it in front of me, I stuffed mine in Health, my regen's sittin at 774% drops to 771% when I move it..I dont know, I know mids isn'100% accurate either, theres been a couple things that have thrown me off..

It's one of those things that Mids doesn't account for but the game does.

I'm gonna post it up at lunch time. Just keep in mind, My numbers aren't like the two other in this thread in the def. and res categories, but im pushin 50 more hp/ sec...with more .30-35 more end..I slotted for regen, recov, and damage mostly anyway..oh and no purps
