OMG That is going to be my player event in celebration of I16!!! You have to go from Atlas to Galaxy using Perez Park and you have to go through the park, not around it. Whoever gets there first wins lol.

What is the best chain to run that doesn't have GFS that provides Inc>GFS>Cremate like numbers?

Maybe I'm crazy but I like Boxing, it allows me to slot Absolute Amazment in a character that otherwises couldn't get that.

It isn't actually difficult to hit moving targets, you usually will want to lead them a bit counting about 3 seconds a head of them. It just takes practice. Here is my archery/energy build. Made him for maximum survivability. Has nice amounts of recharge, I am considering come I16 slotting in a gladiator's armor + defense to give me some more flexibility with the build, I'll probably get rid of Manuevers and slot in Hasten or something a long those lines to improve his recharge.

Not to mention dark has that nice to hit debuff secondary effect which pared with regeneration will help you regenerate faster.

Thanks you for the help, I can see how those changes would benefit me, but you've completely changed my build. I like TP, its part of my concept so that's not changing. And I purposely left the fighting pool out because I will struggle with endurance as it is. Then you've upped the recharge of conserve power by 110s by staling slots, which is gunna cripple me. No offence but you've far from helped with my endurance consumption. -
Also you don't need to slot the Aegis unique, you already have a lot of psionic resistance.

However, this is where the issue begins. Scrappers all have unique powers and interesting concepts however I can not find something that I am satisfied with. Basically, this scrapper is going to be a character that I go through the whole game with and solo all my missions. The most important part is that I plan to dual box with this scrapper and do the Ouroboros Flashbacks to get the badges. So, it needs to be good at lower levels and while under restrictions while also being able to hold it's own in most situations while I am soloing.
If you scrapper vets out there have any ideas, please let know what are good scrapper powerset combo (like Katana/Regen) and why. I just needed to bounce this off you guys and get some feedback.
Note: I already have a Katana/Regen and a BS/Regen on my main account so I was thinking something outside Katana and BS for my alt account that I'll be making this toon on.

Fire/Regeneration is the way to go for PvP and does well in PvE. I have a build floating around the forums some where and do not have access to my computer at this moment. Spines/Dark is more PvE and does a lot of AoE damage.

I still think Psychic attacks shouldn't have a position to them. How can you dodge a mind bullet?

As a scrapper,you would probably kill them alot quicker just focusing on your attacks as opposed to trying to focus on keeping them stunned/immoblized.
