you can separate the map from your navigation bar by clicking the small "button" on the left side of the bottom of the map window.after that you can place your mouse cursor on the edge of the window to move it to the side of yer screen and cursor to the corner to shink/grow yer map's size.now you never have to get lost. close it by hitting the button on the right or pressing the M key.
if u want to use a game pad .its no big deal. u dont have to download game specs from 3rd party software. just plug it in before u log in and then, in-game, go to menu>options>keybinds> and then set them up how you want.
Also, by default the R key is AUTORUN, which means u will run strait ahead like a bat out of hell, facing south, on the cover of a meatloaf album. this will earn u HATE on a team. to avoid that, erase the key bind by typing "<frontslash> R NOP."frontslash is a key on your key board. we are not allowed to type it directly as we would IN-GAME on the forums. You'll figure it out.

i think people need to stop sphincter-clinching over other peoples spelling and typing. when erudite psudo intellectuals begin looking down on people because they have better things to do than use spell check, it makes me feel like people are going out of their(the're/there) way to make themselves look better by trying to make me look worse

as far as getting started,i think i can figure out how to buy another account,even off the website w/o a box.
i thought i saw that if u referred a friend to get a new account u could score a free month but that was a while ago.
i guess i would then just bring up the updater after ive already logged in, and put in the new account name and password. then i could access that account.
would i be able to use 2 monitors?u dont have to tell me how, cuz i could probably find that out online and ill have to figure out my keybinds. i use a game pad so maybe i could key map the other account to a second gamepad.hmm.

but basically, i should just start by getting the second account and the rest should depend on how much research i wanna do to customize my settings,huh?

hi i want to start a second account to take care of supergroup business and inventory management.ive only got one pc running.

if i get a free account and upgrade it to a full account, can i get a free month of play time on both accounts?
if i have to full accounts, im sure ill end up using both toons together simultainiously, and i dont know how tha interface would work.

i have the spontaeous desktop reversion thing ,too.where the task bar comes up and the screen freezes. somtimes it happens when i hit the power tray, and sometimes when im not.
if i right click on the gamescreen it will bring me back to the game.its happened like 10 times in 3 days.
im running windows vista 64-bit basic w/ service pack 2.
glad its not just me.so far im not getting any kooky messages.

hi! i have an "Energy Manipulator chance for stun"Unique Enhancement.
according to what i know about other 'chance for" procs,if i put it in Stamina from the fitness pool, shouldnt this cycle constantly against any foe i attack?or will it be worthless since stamina doesnt have any way to attack?
if anyone knows or could direct me to a big master info list on IOs i would appreciate it.

i got really mad that the train wouldnt accept me during a respec tf. it happened intermittently thereafter. a couple weeks later i realized that there is an "IN"train and an "out" train and i was trying to go out thru the "IN" gate.
also, any time i tried to type to my team b4 a fight and ran headlong into the mob in front of me, because "R" is autorun. now every new toon i make, 1st thing i do is type "/bind R nop"
not realizing i could skip the hollows.
not realizing i could slot more than one of each type of enhancements in any given power until a week before Enhancement Diversification.

usually what happens next is they die or run away and after i waste everone but the one they AS'd they come back and say,"DiD u see that? i killed that LT in ONE strike".
its like i wanna say, i could have killed them all b4 you even touched him.

ty for reply.i made up a claw will p[ower brute after launch and i love that brute. he dont stop much.
that probably has to do with the end cost tweaks on brawl and inherents, but coupled with claws quick recharge and brutes fury, i think its a sweet AT.
still hoping for stone armor / claw brute one of these days.
