If they've disconnected, waiting longer than about 60 seconds is a waste of time. If they are noticing slow loading times prior to this, then perhaps some slack could be cut, but if loading suddenly takes longer than normal to a significant degree, it's unlikely they're still attached.

And if they are still attached, then you could always reinvite them. If you don't want to wait for them to zone, surely you don't want to wait to replace them either? It's on to the next mission!

There are several new IO sets. Three 'Accurate XXX Buff' sets and a couple of Universal Travel sets that I remember. Probably more than that.

It probably was not the Winter Travel one, which is to be given away during the Winter event, AFAIK.

As I recall, you need to wait for everyone to exit the current mission. They should now be standing beside you, so selecting the next mission will be fine, they are all there, the the same zone as you.

What utter rubbish. You simply don't need two fully setted builds to play reasonably well. The game isn't built that way. Sets are primarily of use to PvPers, and they only need them in one build.

Yes, actually, the two people you are calling 'pedants' had decided that that was what you meant.

What we are actually confused about is that you claim these non-weapon powers are uunder-represented. I fail entirely to see how they are, particularly after the proliferation that has gone on so far.

'Weapon' sets are also pretty much restricted to melee ATs, which are not exactly the majority.

If you can think of some powersets which don't exist which fit into a non-weapon form and could actually be viably implemented, then please suggest them, but I can't help but thinking that you're actually totally kidding yourself here.

Put simply... because the only winged character I have, uses Angel wings, and she's about the only winged character I'm ever likely to want. I find wings rather cumbersome and don't like making characters with them. (OTOH, when I stuck some on Glory, who had existed since day 1 of EU launch, they really, finally, made the character.)

Ravenswing doesn't recall Cryptic making any comment regarding number of free updates. As far as I can see, they will continue to put out free updates for a considerable amount of time yet, but may also decide to put out a paid for update which may 'bridge the gap' between heroes and villains, introducing a Going Rogue system, and a neutral faction.

By the time we are getting to the end of that paragraph, the amount of sheer guesswork and 'may'-ishness is so extreme you could bottle it and call it a political manifesto.
