Disregarding level of access required, it's a matter of "want to". After all, someone petitioned having an extraneous Incarnate power and the GM removed it for them, which isn't something I would have said the GMs would do.
True, but I wouldn't doubt that the account name itself is one of those things that the GM tools cannot touch.

I'm not surprised that they can mess with the characters incarnate powers, however.

Actually, wouldn't it make that 6.6%? better?

The result though is that the actual reduction enhancement does twice as much effectively.

Yes it's small, but that's still several full points of endurance.
  4. Possibly Void then - it's the PBAoE Judgement.

Pyronic I think is the highest damage, but via Dot, not frontloaded like the others.

At least for the Judgement slot.

For Alpha, if your going damage, it'd be either Musculature or Spiritual
  5. Been around ever since they made it so someone could be locked out of the character select list to keep the betas secret
  6. I'm not even sure that they, technically, changed any account names like would be needed for mousedroid. From the sound of what was done, they mouse likely copied over the entries from the EU account database, appending EU_ in front of any name that had the system yell about duplicates.

Better, even, considering how the game does reductions.

Other than some changes to Ion Radial, it's been all buffs - some more impacting (MM Supremacy, several ST buffs to AoE), others less (Group Fly FINALLY losing that Accuracy Debuff holdover).
  8. The pet(s) you summon via the incarnate lore slot power.
  9. I found the trial engaging. Don't recall how many if any of my runs had someone with Rebirth - I know I didn't personally. Yes, it's different. And one or two of the obstacles is equal for everyone - except Masterminds who usually just get hosed, have an advantage or two and is even buffed in this issue (slightly).

The first is Alpha, which acts a "global enhancement" of either Damage, Accuracy, Endurance Reduction or Recharge Reduction, each with some side bonuses (such as Range, Mez, etc.) as you work your way up the tree. Anything that can take one of the above enhancements can be buffed by your slotted Alpha ability. If you get your Alpha ability to at least the third level, then it will grant you a "level shift" that makes your level 50 character "50+1"--you effectively gain all the benefits of being level 51 with no penalty to your rewards and drops for fighting level 50 enemies.

Alpha can be slotted up entirely via regular content using Incarnate Shards and salvage from the late game TFs, or you can slot it via the different drops from Incarnate Trials. The other four slots require experience gained via Incarnate Trials to unlock and the drops therein to slot.

Just as a quick rundown, the other four Incarnate slots that are currently available are Interface (a proc that adds debuffs to any non-temp power attack that deals damage), Judgement (a heavy damage AoE attack that can be used every 90 seconds), Lore (a summonable pet with options for both attacking enemies and buffing you) and Destiny (an AoE player buff or heal).

Lore and Destiny can each grant an "Incarnate Shift" once you craft them up to the third tiers. Incarnate Shifts are only available during Incarnate Trials. With Alpha, Lore and Destiny all slotted at tier 3 or higher, you can appear as "50+3"--again, effectively level 53 in terms of damage, accuracy and all other benefits you gain from level, with none of the associated penalties to enemy drops.
Note that for any of the level shifts to apply, not only must the ability be crafted, but equipped. This is because the system is set up to allow you to switch around if you've crafted the other powers for the slot.

General Rule of the powers is no recharge changes affect them, but other global buffs (or at the very least, the Alpha slot power) affect them (Except Destiny, it ignores all outside buffs).

Also, in case it wasn't clear, Alpha is like an enhancement for each aspect affects in all enhance-able powers as long as they take that kind of enhancement. So Spiritual does/can do Recharge, Healing, and Stun - it will only affect a power's recharge if it takes recharge, healing/regen if it takes healing enhancements, etc.

No, I was added in i0, sorry.
  13. I think it was said that you wouldn't get notification of any invite if you were unsubbed to the newsletter.

And "in good standing" means no bannings/etc.

    * I suppose you could count the EU launch as new servers, but that was also before I6 and was much more separate from the 11 US servers than the VIP server.
Bases were added in i6 - SGs are a launch feature as I recall
  15. Character Copy tool has nothing to do with being able to log into the beta or test servers.

And as they are saying, the Beta (not test) servers are all closed right now for i21 testing.

  17. As I recall you can click on options on the pet window to switch to advanced mode and to show individual controls. You still have to click then dismiss, bit it's better than the basic window. You might have to enable it in the options window (but I could just be remembering the pet window in general.
  18. If you have any crab spider powers on any build, you will have that backpack on no matter what.
  19. Is that stipulation about the mouse in relation to the current or former graphic card?
  20. Controllers are not performance impacting just because of a pet they may or may not have, but also because of their secondary.

Premium = Former Subscriber... you once paid the sub fees but have chosen to stop paying and play with limited access to game features. You will still retain any items/rewards that you've paid for or earned previously, and some additional perks for being a former subscriber (VIP). restricted content access.

Play for free = no previous game account. not paying a subscription fee. restricted content access.

They are basically taking the system we have now and adding the ability to continue playing as a premium member if you decide to stop paying monthly, quarterly etc., so the current payment plans available will likely not change at all.
To clarify - Premium isn't just former subscribers. Free accounts that star buying and using paragon points without actually subbing are Premium accounts too.

Eh, the vouchers really are not currency, unless you want to call vet badges currency. It's just how the system marks you having bought things with empyrean and astral merits while lacking a method of doing a global unlock cleanly based on in game actions. The only other global in-game unlocks are either Epics (which can frequently be forgotten by the system) or AE related (and some people apparently have issues similar to the epic ATs there too)

If you are going to call Vouchers and certs currency, then so are recipes and salvage, really.

There will be but the currency itself won't be obtainable in game - and represents (directly) real-world cash. So I find it bad to call currency compared even to the various merits and such.
