  1. There are two different workarounds for the team window bug (star swapping, leader entering last); there are no workarounds for borked XP or a badge not awarding right. So the team UI bug isn't quite as urgent.

Guessing the costume stuff was just there and ready to go so thrown in.
  2. What bugs me are the terminal sitters that sit at the reactor spamming the power cell powers despite the "WARWORKS PRESENT TERMINAL LOCKED" and leave it to a few people to try and clear the 7+ bots next to them.
  3. I'll admit when it first opened, if we were 1 or 2 temps away from finishing the raid, I'd mess around there.

But with stealth on, and far enough back I wouldn't drag him.

Unless they've changed the behavior - one thing that sucks about deleting tabs is if that tab is the only one on that character with a given global channel, deleting it makes you leave the channel. Which will cause things like loss of mod status and/or require you get someone to re-invite you in if it's a closed channel.
  5. Post this on the mids forum - but it sounds like DW is applying to you.

Im also pretty sure i forgot some of the MM combinations, and i swear there is another secondary that can slot RIP slots besides /storm.
Dark? I think you mean Necromancy (Extract Soul take RIP)

RIP sets are a form of damage enhancement, and thus Fluffy doesn't take them.
  7. AE is the player-made content system - show up on your map, in most zone, big build (WITH WINDOWS ON THE INSIDE! :P)

A large number of people also go through praetoria.

I believe the power might show up, but pretty sure no actual progress is granted.

Each incarnate power has four levels.

    One base power (Tier 1)

    Two improved powers (Tier 2)

Four different powers even more improved (Tier 3, where the Alpha will have the level shift, and Lore and Destiny have their "Incarnate Shift" which is a level shift active only in Incarnate Trials)

And the two final powers (Tier 4, will also have any shifts the T3 have).

You craft them, and when you slot them, you can later slot others in their place without destroying the original power (crafting a higher level one will consume the previous one, however).

Also, Recommendation : Use this bind :

    /bind I "Toggle Incarnate"

Helps you look at the crafting part of it real fast.
  10. It needs Going Rogue.

    Lets see :

    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Incarnate_System

    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Alpha_Slot

Easiest way to unlock (to me) is
    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Mender_Ramiel

but you might need company for the second mission - the one against trapdoor. He clones himself (bifurcation) and the clones increase his regen. THis mission has a choice in it, so it is not auto-completible.

Some people will use the auto-complete on the mission granted by Lady Gray (so you go talk to her, then auto-complete the door mission, then talk to her again).

Alpha slot powers can be made directly from shards and TF componets, or via thread componets, all others are via threads (threads drop in Incarnate Trials, Shards without).

Well, they only work on your own pets, which can make it a little tricky for some MMs to pull off as not all have a RIP-set pet to sneak them in on.

also, you can bring up the window at anytime by using the /search command.

I could be wrong, but techincally those don't transfer to your pets - they instead bestow a power on you, granting you an aura for the pets - it's at least Supremacy range.

Also any procs (such as the one in soulbound, or Achillies heal) will work for pets, but only powers that take those sets (so the -Res proc only works on defense debuff powers)
  14. And just FYI - Arcanaville knows the numbers in the game.

I think I've seen ONCE where she was wrong in a large way based on available knowledge. And we've both been around 7+ years.

Not saying you need to bow before her or anything (she'd probably hit me if I did ) but it's worth considering her advice always.

  16. No set bonuses.

In fact, I don't think regular pets inherrit any buffs. The one exception would be the Alpha buff, as that works as if it is one or more enhancements.

    For Zwillinger

They're both better than the valcano taco bell comericials. On the flip side, i don't think I'll ever hear them on my preferred radio station.

The second one I might recall later - it's kinda blah to me. Friday though... I'll pass on the music, and the visuals were worse, I think. I understand it was done at a vanity studio, but whoever did her make up needs to go back to school, for one.

He´s my favorite signature hero. Kill Statesman instead, after all we have enough alternate versions of him anyway!
    They've already done that.

Rather, Manti has already done in States once.

    Hero - Oldest starting experience.
Villain - Developers had more experience with game design
Praetorian - slightly harder low-level mobs, but awesome stories. Combined with phasing tech kinda like how WoW has it, you can actually kill off some of your contacts (even if you don't want to...)

No, you misunderstand. I know its very simple to visit the Fateweaver to lower my difficulty. What I'm saying is that I've built this SS/Inv Brute with IOs to make him incredibly tough and durable. He's marching through the game, smashing any and all enemies, until he runs into this one guy who's apparently (for me) impossible to even dent. I have to lower my difficulty level (maybe to -1), fight him, and then return to my regularly scheduled game of destruction.

It just seems odd and a little disappointing. I thought that maybe I was missing some key strategy in dealing with this character, but it looks like others have had similar problems with him.
It's similar to control sets and Destroyer bosses in Praetoria. They actually have a mez protection power, the bastids.

Note about the server screen : The first time you log in, it will list from Lowest to Highest Server Load (Load, not population, although they are related) - after that, it will list the last accessed at the top, then from low-to-high.

There were not even a quarter those replies when I wrote my above post, and between writing and paying off the pizza girl, well, you see how many posted

Do not go to the wikia site, tends to have virus-injected ads.

Rules in other MMOs that are twisted here :

There is no real "Healer" class. There are four archetypes with access to buff/debuffing sets, of which several have a heal, and three (I think it is) have more than one, but none are mainly about the healing. Preventing damage (through buffs, or debuffs on NPCs) is the preferred route for the most part.

In EQ and a few other games, it was almost a "Three Players to one even con minion" type balancing. Here, in the upper levels, it gets to the point were it's 1 player vs. three +3 minions, for most builds. It doesn't directly penalize soloing.

Everyone has a method of dealing damage.

    And the biggest :

No trinity. There is no need for "Tank, DPS, and healer" - with a little skill, most things can be done by teams of any makeup (Pure tanks, pure DPS, pure anything, and mixing it up just helps make it more nuts )

Also, there are Fateweavers (villain), Hero Corps Analysts (Hero), and can't recall what they are praetorian side but they dress as PPD and the first one is behind Praetor Duncan - they allow you to adjust the difficulty of instanced missions you own.

Level will generally raise the level of the mobs - a few instances (AE and Ouro, IIRC) will instead lower your "combat level" and may cause a temporary loss of certain powers.

Player equivalent - artificial team size - missions will spawn to your actual team size or this, whichever is higher. It does not add to team sizes (setting this to 8 on a team of 4 does not cause it to spawn for 12).

The boss setting is main for solo/duo play, tends to be ignored with more players (by design) - regular "Boss" class mobs will spawn as Lieutenants - with less HP, mez resistance, and base damage. Does not affect "Elite Boss" type creatures.

Arch-villains are tough customers, so for soloists, the AV option will downgrade them to "Elite Bosses" - a class of npc stronger than a boss, weaker than an AV. You can differ AVs from natural Elites because they will gain "the purple triangles of Doom" on and off (it's a mez protection buff) - normal elites don't have these.
