Nope. CoH and CoV CEs each add something unique in game. They stack, I've both myself. Now, a code must add something other than time if it's not a game card code, so you cannot add a CoV code after adding a CoV CE for example.

Quote:All of the clicky incarnate powers are, to one degree or anoter, customizable.Simply put, I think I remember reading about this somewhere, but now I can't find any reference to it.
APPs are on the to-do list, but reqires at least some coding.
PPPs have the above issue, and the fact that they are barrOwed/copied powers, so lore wise they don't make to much sense to customiE (SEE: Epic Archetypes). -
Quote:Dismiss, or release? Those are two totally different commands.Wrong! It does not work. Its a bug not stupidity on the MM part. The pets wont release. You cant do anything with them. They just stand wherever they are and look dumb. Even login off and back wont help because the state of your toon is saved, you need to either die or close the client, period. Once per blue moon they will re attached themselves to you by changing zones/instances but doesn't happen often.
When I get hit by the bug talked about, and buffing doesn't bring them back to my full control, the dismiss options don't work.
I've yet to have /releasepets NOT kill my pets. /releasepets was put in game for killing all pets, including the non-targetable vet pets. Unlike /dismisspets as that is for all Mastermind style pets. -
It has to do with how their anti-fraud interacts with your card, from what I can tell.
If it persists more than a couple days (usually over in a day, as noted, however) then contact support via the link at the top of the page at ncsoft.com (If you've never used it before, it will ask you to create a /support/ account, support accounts are purposely kept separate from the regular game and Master accounts.) -
Blaster forum is the best place for this.
However, I can tell you that between the recharge enhancemnts (so figure 99% there) and global recharge, you need about +300% recharge. -

Quote:Well, there are those I'd call noobs or n00bs but that's for those who can't learn basic things. The new guy here would simply be a newb (being a newbie isn't a dirty word here). Also, there are no such things as noobs - only inexperienced veterans
Red names mean game employees - Z is a community rep, noble savage the art rep. -
Quote:Level matters only for determining how low you can exemplar and still get a set bonus (excluding purples) - you will get the set bonus for the three pieces there, unless you exemplar below 27 (the level 30 IO's min. slotting level).I typically don't buy many IO sets and mostly settle for the regular generic IO's. So I don't research or know much about them. Anyways, my question is:
If I, for example, were to buy the level 10 Karma Knockback protection and a level 30 Defense and Endurance Reduction and a level 30 Defense and Recharge Increase and put all three Enhancements into a single power, will I still get all the set bonus's or do they need to be the same level?
Note that the Karma KB IO is what is called a global - a special IO that provides a benefit via a uniquely named set bonus requiring no other IOs. So it will provide a set bonus down to level 7 in your example -
You forgot :
*Have yet to catch a bus at the bus stop in game. -
Quote:This is why support accounts are independend of normal accounts. Also as I discovered over the weekend the security answers are case sensitive as well.
So not only do we need to figure out the answer we gave 7 years ago but also exactly what capitalisation we used

They will reset it for you. They did for me on a second account I recently reactivated that had been dormant since before the security change. -
Also, "ah" is an alias for "auctionhouse"

Reminds me of the movie RED, where their personnel files had things like "the" or "and" showing, and nothing else really.

Biggest thing to remember when considering set bonuses is the "rule of five" - the same named bonus only stacks five times. This is by the name listed in /info - so five 7.5% global recharge bonuses from regular set bonuses (which will all have the same name) and five of the Luck of the Gambler recharge bonuses (7.5%) will stack, as the LotG have a unique name.

Positron - Two things - first is, I'm happy he no longer uncontrollably creates antimatter (the original reason for him never leaving his suit) but he needs to put the helmet back on when in the suit.
Second - Can't look at it in-game right now, but does his lines use the same kinda glow the bio-luminescence pieces do? If not, maybe use that to update his armor. -
Sister P needs to be updated and brought to match her artwork.
Also, the special named mobs in the various villain groups could use some love. By special I mean founders and leaders. As I recall, the skull founders are just two more bone daddies. -
And tokens won't require tracking (do you have to "track" your veteran rewards as you earn them now?), and (really) neither will Paragon points. Those are NOT per character, but per account. And neither of them are earn-able in game.

Quote:Salvage isn't currency. Especially non-tradeable salvage. Can we please please talk about the ridiculous amount of currencies in the game right now?
There are like a dozen different merits, a bunch of incarnate piece types.
Can we please consider reducing this to a slightly, slightly less confusing amount.
And I think all the merits are like gift cards. last I checked, no matter how much is on it, Fry's won't let me buy computer parts on a blockbuster gift card, no matter how much is on it. -
Quote:Yeah, it's not invul so much as what you run WITH invul there. What relevance does that have? The important differential isn't the one between your toons, but between your Recovery and END use. And that would improve by at least 0.4 E/s if you get rid of FA (it uses an appalling 0.78 E/s unslotted), resulting in a surplus END of +2.15 E/s or better on the Invuln. Which is more than the WP Scrappers (+2.00 and +2.10) that you say have no problems.
Bottom line: You consider Inv heavy on END use because of what you're comparing it to and because you run the massive END-hog Focused Accuracy. FA uses more END than all three Inv toggles put together (0.78 vs 0.728 base). So I'll say it again, there's you're problem. -
And another reason, for the rocket board, is animations. Having it as a seperate power makes it easy for them to lock out other powers, preventing the need for them to make an extra animation for every power WITH an animation x4.5 or so (three models, some powers pair with shields, etc.)

The "elf" ears are close (but not the same :/) to the pointy ears - ears are now a option like which face, etc - not a Mask/Half Helmet/Helmet/etc level option.
There are also a few others that now operate differently (Metallic for example) for those with Ultramode turned on - as I recall that was done in such a way that it is changed for you even without a trip to the tailor. -
Your drinking is slowing your reflexes, squirrel.
Z's post was already linked to.

If you have AMD and upgraded your drivers recently, that might be the cause.

It works sometimes. Not always. AOE buffs like the upgrades and old single target shields must (in my experience) be cast on each independently.

What I wonder is - say Freedom goes live on the first. My bill date is the 15. So I get a token for the partial month?
