The Account-based selections are always there for each and every character you have, and ever will make. They're useable immediately once claimed (well, within in-game limitations. Can't change costumes without being at Icon/Trainer/etc.) and are permanent additions to that character that can't be used up (well, aside from the CC Tokens and Respecs).

I had this issue when I was trying to send items from my character to a character on my account that had the "accept email from friends only" or whatever that option is enabled in the option menu. Disabling it fixed the issue. I'm at work now so I can't check the actual name of the option.

The acer looks decent (sorry, long day and missed the link to the acer/that you were going to buy it), and the ram you are upgrading to should be fine. You might also want to see how much you can save (and if it's worth saving that to you) with another set of 2x2GB instead.
Not sure how much that video card upgrade will do you, and the PSU should be fine but not completely sure.
If no updates by others tomorrow, try posting a link to this thread in the Gameplay/Tech Issues forum - most of the hardware types hang out there and are helpful. -

Can't find the graph I was thinking of... but purely by release dates, your current card is about 1 year older than what you're looking at. (late 08 vs sometime 09)

Currently on new egg, the parts add up to 680 or so.
Take out the need for a hard drive, OS, or cd-style drive, and that gets to right about 500.

Not sure how well that RAM would play with your board, due to speeds... and I can't recall my AMD-vs-Nvida comparisons, so can't help with that.
With the PSU, you'd want to make sure it's the right style for your main board power connections. But an upgrade like that should help.
Out of curiosity, what broke on the old one? -
If it is possible to canabalize your current computer, if you can list what specs you can here, that will help.

Live servers should update with no more than five minutes (and at that, usually instant anyway) of delay in my experience. -
Looking at the OP, they could mean Tier 7.
So Token #21 gets slotted into Tier 7. Assuming he has at least 21 tokens then he only needs 13 more to complete Tier 8 at most. Which would make it less expensive to hurry it op.

Any instance of purchasing a non-consumable you already own should be met with an error, one along the lines of "allowed quantities". If you do manage to purchase something you already own that is non-consumable, contact support.

Not true. Rikti Comm officers are an example - people were exploiting the kill credit mechanic for the portals, so portals lost XP, and Rikti Comm Officers were adjusted (all minion stats, except they slot/con/drop as Lts)Quote:Originally Posted by Severe

You would just want to replace "Speed Boost" with "Temporal Selection" -
