So it will take 33 months of subscription or purchase of 1200 PP. Each comes out to, typically $15 normally. So just shy of $500 total.
You'd need only 26 more, so $390.
If they get the subscription up front thing fixed and you buy the year +2 months special offer for all the time you needed, it'd be close to $225, or about $8.60 per token.
I don't know if the bonus points from the paragon market offers count or not. If they do, you get 8 tokens per $100 spent, making it essentially $12.50 per token. So $325.
Your least expensive way would be getting the 14 month subscription that is usually offer over winter and then grabbing a $100 set of PP if you want it quickly. If you're willing to wait a span of years, just get the 14 month plan twice in sequential years.
So at your present state I'd say: 4 months of Subscription time waiting for Winter offer, use that plan to renew your account for 14 months, and buying $100 worth of PP.
That will also give you some extra tokens to spend in the Tier 9 repeatable and VIP tiers.

Looking at the OP, they could mean Tier 7.
So Token #21 gets slotted into Tier 7. Assuming he has at least 21 tokens then he only needs 13 more to complete Tier 8 at most. Which would make it less expensive to hurry it op.
Plainguy, when you look at the paragon rewards screen, how many tokens earned does it say you have>

I wasn't aware you received tokens for buying points. I was looking around to see if they listed how many tokens you get for how much money spent. but didn't see anything listed.
Reading the chart it says I need 34 to get to the top. So that is 7 more. So I am assuming $60.00 to get 8 tokens at $15.00 per 2 tokens.
Hope I gave you enough info.
Just trying to see if I can get the tokens needed to get to tier 9 without spending $60.00. Not the end of the world, but If I can save some cash what the heck, why not.

Not 15/2 tokens. You get one token when you first buy any points and then one more for every $15 you spend. So, that's 105 for all 7.
Plainguy you'll get 8 tokens if you spend $100. The tokens are rewarded for every 1200pts you buy not how much money you spend.
$100 get you 9600 pts which gets you 8 tokens (9600/1200)
When you bought your first package of points you got 1 Token for buying 1200pts. The extra token you got was rewarded to you for buying points for the first time. Your first point purchase, no matter how big or small, rewards a token. Every token earned through the market after that is 1 Token per 1200pts bought.
