Also, in game, if you type in [Tactics], etc. it gives you an info box where you can change the AT for modifiers - just make sure the icon is the red color

Same thing can be done in the level up screen with detailed info (and in the enhancement slotting window, at the top of each column it will say "Show detailed info).

Also - another trick. If you happen to have a pet out that does not benefit from the upgrades (Dark Servant, the traps drops, etc. Even the Ghost) if you cast the upgrade on them, nobody gets locked up in the upgrade animation.

You may want to consider that additional endurance recovery may be achieved by slotting the Numina uinque, the miracle unique, and the panacea proc in health. Stamina is a base recovery buff of 25%, while the Miracle provides 15%, and the Numina provides 10%. The Proc's equivalent recovery will depend on your total endurance. Assuming you have 100 endurance though the PF proc provides ~12% improved recovery. If you have more that 100 endurance divide that number by (your endurance)/100. So if you have 110 endurance, that's only an ~11% recovery boost. The Panacea Proc on the other hand provides ~9% improved recovery (same modification applies).

So some numbers:
stamina no slots: 25%
Miracle Unique: 15%
Performance Shifter Proc: 12% (If you have more than 13.2 additional endurance, 1 slot in Stamina is better)
1 slot in stamina( lvl 50 IO): 10.4%
Numina Unique: 10%
PanceaProc: ~9% endurance (If you have more than 5.7 additional endurance a second slot in stamina is better)
2 slots in stamina: ~8,5%
3 slots in stamina: ~5.7%

One reason why if I can I will slot the Performance Shifter Proc - it's not recovery. It's Endurance. Which means if I get hit and drained by a sapper who also floors my recovery, I can still have a shot at fighting back if the proc goes off, etc.

I do not recall anything the developers have mentioned regarding no DXP for AE - but neither have they said AE WOULD get DXP. Only thing they've said is no PXP for AE.

Also, in the Tech Issue forum there is a thread (as I recall) that can help you with two programs to help them help you - one is called CoH helper (IIRC) and it runs the DXDiag while stripping it of what they don't need.

When I had to get CS involved in resetting an account, they a) wanted the original CD Key used to open the account, and b) the original card number.

For b) that means either the last four of your Credit/Debit card used to pay the first month's sub or the full number from the Time card X.X

Perma-hasten now days is achieved by having more recharge than hasten grants. Hasten gives 70% recharge, and paired with the ~96% you can do with 3-slotting hasten, you end up needing about 110% Global Recharge (Hasten needs a total of 275% recharge to get perma) from other sources to Perma hasten - which is 40% more than what hasten grants.

that's the best way to go about selling stuff, but heck, a lot of the set recipes go for a lot less than you'll get for them at the market, so always check, some of them you might get 900 for at wentworths, but 10k for at the normal stores

To a degree, I disagree with that a bit. You can often get more for common recipes on WW, as long as you sell the basic stuff that everyone needs (Damage, acc, endurance, recharge, etc). You can even make money buying some common recipes off the workbench and selling them at WW. Yes, some people will pay more than workbench prices for some reason.

Try making sure that both Windows firewall (Under control panel - either it will be it's own icon among 20+, or choose the "security" catagory which will then link to it) and any independent firewall you have running (Zonealarm, Norton, McAffee all have them) are set to allow City of Heroes.
