VITAL arc. This is the only way to get access to the Midnighter Club, which gives you access to Cimerora (an entire zone).

I already talked about this, it is now possible to get into the midnighter's club via an explore badge. House Hunter, in Night Ward. -

I've seen at least 1 titan weapon unlock available via the Magi trial: Excalibur...a super-rare recipe drop like Maelstrom's pistols, basically something I can dream of getting since they're selling for roughly 700 mill to 1 billion inf at the moment on the market. If it was an accound-wide unlock...yeah, that price would be worth it. But to only get it on a single alt? Boo-urns on that, for that price I could deck out half a dozen alts in full IO's and sets.
The only unlock I know of is Excalibur.
They were trying to get the Excalipur in as well, but couldn't get it to lower your attack stats correctly. -
Laura Lockheart and Graham Easton (sp) in Steel, 15-25, are fun ones.
And about Monty - his arc (along with Ashely's red-side) was "don't skip" because it gates Cimerora - which you can now gain acces to via the House Hunter Badge in Night Ward. -

The Hybrid power is, itself, a Hybrid.
Basically it means it won't start it's recharge until you are not benefiting from it. -

Compared to a lot of "western" or "European" views, those with Asian herritage tend to look younger, especially if they are not old. And I can see her playing to that (especially since she is a mind reader, you know). -

I know - or are you referring to the one I was quoting talking about "Minotaur in Talos" - the badge is called Minotaur, but the hero's name is Talos. The island is named after him (as it apparently arose in the fight he vanished in with Chimera)

From what I recall of Hawk's description of what they (so far) can do with it, a "AoT" would stack with itself (so if it did 10 tic sover a minute of 100AHP, and you took no damage, you'd end up with 1000AHP after the minute). And other than (possibly) zoning/logging, it wouldn't expire wihtout some "Set to AHP value to 0" power.
Kind of like how old Mog would set your HP to a low value by healing, then damaging you.
Unlike MaxHP, which will simply wear off. -

Glaring structural flaw in the core mechnics of the game - not fixed. I would take absolutely everything else in this Issue and burn it on a fire if it meant that something that actually mattered got fixed instead of ignored.
Something still being broken isn't not proof it's been ignored. Especially when it comes to the behavior AI. -

I have a problem with the lightning beams in that they don't always all show up. I tend to inevitably get killed by an invisible one. I figure it might have to do with my particle count settings and just how many powers are going off on my screen just before they hit. :/

Different thing.
Absorb's temp hp shield doesn't affect regen since it's not part of your hit points, for one, while +MaxHP does. -
So how is Hybrid bugged if the LFG is bugged?
From what I understand there is some kind of "no message" bug if someone isn't set up to qualify for the Magisterium Trial. You probably have someone in the League who doesn't have both Lore and Destiny unlocked. -
