No, it's supposed to do that. All Hybrid powers are toggles, which will stay on for up to 2 minutes, then detoggle itself and have a recharge timer.
It's a bit odd, and does make it act almost like a click power, yes.
The Hybrid power is, itself, a Hybrid.
Basically it means it won't start it's recharge until you are not benefiting from it.

It has been bugging out though, had it on for like 10 minutes earlier thinking yeahh lovely bug im not complaining, till I was told that it was ineffective which proved to be correct, have to detoggle and wait for it to recharge again.

I am so confused! Sorry if this has been explained. I could not find anything.
The power description says it is a toggle, yet it will de-toggle after a short amount of time and you have to click to reactivate it.
Doesn't that mean it is a click power, or am I broke?
