Virtue and Justice are both pretty good. Freedom isn't quite that bad either - as a member of RO, I play on all three; both sides as well.

I just did a test to see about the XP. In Talos on the street, an even lvl Tsoo minion was worth 130 xp and an even lvl lt was worth 435. In two different AE Editor's Choice mishs an even lvl minion was worth 62 and an even lvl lt was worth 207 (5th column and arachnos).
Either I'm missing something or AE xp is half of normal.
Did the AE missions have those groups in full groups? minions/lts/bosses (even if downgraded to lts)?
Also, don't 5th and Arachnos have bonus XP? -

I tend to believe that there are certain unique entities and places in the CoX multiverse, such as the Rikti home world and Shadow Shard. While both are alternate versions of Prime Earth they are so diverged from use, ether by method of creation or their history, that you would not find similar worlds.
That being the case there is only 1 source of Rikti and only 1 Rularuu. If Praetorian Earth has any connection to them or not is probably the biggest question. -

Although if your going for the invisible stuff with the bubbles you will not be able to accomplish that using the color text tool as it is now. -

the devs do not have a problem with farmers. it is the exploiters that they have a problem with. just incase you don't know the difference:
Farmer: someone who does obey the risk vs reward when they repeat content.
Exploiter: someone who doesn't obey the risk versus reward when they repeat content.
as for paying to use the AE, we already do. it is our sub fees. and if you want to argue that then, i think you should have to pay extra per month everytime someone says the word "the".
The other AE nerfs were due to EXPLOITS, though, which when farmed go way out of bounds for the RvR forumula. -

Looking for someone familiar with download speeds and their effect on online gaming (CoH specifically of course lol).
I switched from cable to dsl today and went from 12Mb/s to less than 3... I've not noticed a huge difference in gameplay but my fear is that it may be an issue on larger teams/events (such as lord winter) I have the option to upgrade to double speed or stick with cable. Also I noticed tonight that movement from npcs and vehicles was very choppy but I switched back to cable (haven't had it disconnected yet obviously) and noticed the same thing. Thoughts?
Seriously, shop around via the people you know and ask what their experience with their connection is. -

Winter's gift an the pieces' uniqueness are irrelevant. To enable slotting of the set into any power, they would have to enable that set category for the power. And since Zephyrs are also of the Universal Travel category, enableing those in sprints is dangerous balance-wise.
Additionally, (If I remember correctly) auto powers like swift and hurdle are denied ANY travel set categories, because of their interaction with the stealth IOs. When IO's were first released, you could slot the respective movement sets in swift and hurtle. but that was later removed.
Swift and them are probably still left out in case they want to add a Stealth IO Universal Set. -

The Zephyr -KB can't be allowed in Sprints because of the vetrean versions, for balance reasons. Powers cannot allow or deny specific sets, only set categories. Zephyr is a Universal Travel set, as is Winter's Gift. Therefore, WG gets barred from sprints too.
No auto power accepts any form of travel set, universal or specific type. -
