Expanding upon what Saist said, XFX cards also come with a lifetime warranty. That's definitely something to consider. For what it's worth, I use a Sapphire 5850, and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever.

If I recall correctly, the stealth io refreshes itself every 120 seconds. Might have been spottied in that micro window. Or the mobs you were fighting may have +perception (drones). As for stacking, I know it stacks with superspeed, not sure about stealth, steamy mist, or thier ilk... Sorry couldn't be more help.

Left Shift & Right Shift, the regular keys, are different.
Shift, the chord key (being used with another key), is the same no matter if it's left or right. When used as a chord, the l/r designators are ignored/edited out by the game.
Therefore, with Local_Man's way, it doesn't matter if you include l/r, either shift will make the bind work.
Decorum's way, the shift key chosen matters, although I think if he just used "Shift" it would not. -

I downloaded this game for the first time 6 hours ago it then after it downloaded started perfectly and got to the login in screen.
i closed the game to play later that day and found out that when i clicked on the update it just asked me where to install the game again,i could not replace the old game so i place it on another harddisk this froze my computer.
i now downloaded the game twice and none of them both work i cannot start the game because it keeps asking me where i want to instal it but it is installed fully and fine 3.13gig
it keeps reloaping downloading file manifest

It will work fine in a passive, and will provide a constant bonus. It isn't a proc that needs a power to trigger it, but a global unique enhancement. This means you don't even need access to the power it's slotted in for it to work.
I'd recommend putting it in Health.
120s follow the proc rules.
Globals follow the set-bonus rules (set bonus of (1) is what they are).
There is one that's a "120" (always goes off when triggered) that grants a set bonus (mez resist, IIRC) but only one f those hybrids that I know of. -

Black Pebble - If the reason(s) for not proliferating the costume program are no longer valid (I recall it had some kind of legal reason, not sure if it was connected at all to Marvel's House of Litigation as stated above, so Go Go NCSoft Legal team!?) but you don't have the time, what if you could offer some kind of endorsement/license/whatever to someone who made one for mobile devices? At least say "If you contact us, we will see if we can approve of it as a fan-thing"? -

As for the regular Teleport power, you need to try a bind to make it easier. From in-game, type:
/bind lshift+lbutton powexecname Teleport
(lshift and lbutton have a lower-case L as the first letter) This allows you to hold down the left Shift key and use your left (main) mouse button to click where you want to go.
So /bind shift+lbutton "powexec_name Teleport" works just as well as your example (although I think it does require the quotation marks, which yours is missing).
Note the game does tell the difference between lshift and rshift when used as standalone keys. -

Heroside it's really easy to go from Atlas park, to the vanguard Depot to RWZ, where there are normal crafting benches (as well as Vanguard-item-only benches) and a tailor for both sides there. -
