You still get 15ft stealth even when clicking glowies. Of course, the stealth you stack it with will probably suppress, so you'll need to be 30ft away (at least) to not draw aggro.
Effect does not stack from same caster
Seems odd the left Cloaking Device with glowie-stealth. -

Also, that suppression includes clicking glowies, which doesn't necessarily mean you have aggro at that point. If you can click glowies and maintain stealth, you don't have to worry about clearing the nearby spawn if you don't want to.

I don't know if we have anyone with experience, but based on other rewards the end time is what counts.
However, unlike with avoiding the diminishing returns on merits, one would nit be able to claim the rewards later and get the notice & bonus merits as those are awarded upon mission complete and not the choosing of rewards. -
Manticore's TF tends to have a lot of Protectors.

Remember NcSoft not all your customers live on the West Coast and when an almost 7 year player sends you repeated emails about an issue it might be good customer service to actually respond to them and not just ignore them. -
It's not.
It's just the T4 alpha abilities require a lot of "sacrifice" - thus the two rares requirement. Note the recipes for the T4s scroll - you can mix any two of the T3s, but since crafting one boost consumes it's predecessor, you'd have to re-craft the T1 & T2 anyway. -
If DJ zero won't speak, try picking up the Handsome/Beautiful badge - which requires you do Ganymede's and Scratch's 2nd missions.

There would have to be some odd reason for it, and tomorrow passes we won't know, but I'd think they meant PST am or something.
Note, the devs are on the west coast, so even if it's 7pm EST, that makes it' 4 for them. -

And at the very least, you'll be demoted from Super Leader. -
If you notice, at the top of the A-Merit window is a slider.
While for random rolls it only affects the selection, on a direct purchase it does change the LEVEL. So set that slider to 25 and you'll get level 25 LotG Global Recharges -

If one of the attack vectors of an attack Smashing, and you've 30% Smashing defense, that applies to the whole attack (unless you've better elsewhere). Note, just because an attack deals a given type of damage does not mean that damage is used as an attack vector for defense (Fireball deals smashing damage, but is a AoE/Fire attack and only checks vs. Fire or AoE defense)
Damage resist is a little different (Check "Damage_Resistance") -

Story Arc was the problem, I cleared one and was then able to talk to Mender Ramiel and do the missions.

Easier way : the item number of an item in the NCSoft store is two higher for the EU version.
Example :
I click on the GR Item pack :

is the URL - this is the NA version. To buy the EU version, I just change that 213 at the end to 215.
