I don't know what you're talking about, but if you PM me your e-mail I can send you an "Invite Back" code.

If you had a full (ie real, not just a trial) account going, then it should be in your NCSoft Master Account and all you need to do it purchase more game-time (via time card, paypal, or setting up a billing plan).

If you were working with nothing but trial account(s) then you'll still need to get a full account (either by the invite or by getting it yourself from retail or the nc store).

Actually, the Invite-a-friend-back program is now 60 days of free time (30 days each), but I want to point out that it's not actually free for the recipient. You'll still have to pay for at least one month subscription before either of you will get any free time.

It was a full Paying account. But NCsoft has set up on certain games that if your no longer paying for more than 90 days, that game account gets locked till some friend can send you a Bring a Friend Back Code.

That doesn't sound correct, but your invite is on its way.

Thanks. And the idea that you need to contact others just to reactivate something is not right. But thats what people in charge of these games want. Course if happens again I might just consider staying with DC Universe.

What I'm saying is that you should just be able to add a new credit card to your account and be ready to roll. Either way you like it, welcome back.

Thanks. And I just paid it so you might get an email about getting more time yourself.

For what it's worth, I've never heard of that either. Do you have a link to this policy anywhere or at least a screenshot or copy/paste of the message it gave you when you attempted reactivation?

I just logged into one of my secondary accounts that has been inactive for 90 days. Clicking on either "Subscribe to Game" or "Purchase Additional Time" both allow me to enter subscription and payment information without needing any referral codes.

I'm sorry you somehow ran into an issue, but welcome back!

I have two old accounts which both have seperate NCMaster accounts and have been inactive for much longer than 90 days and neither one was locked from me simply resubscribing.

Do you have any other games on that master account? There were some hacking issues a while back with Aion and guild wars, IiRC

I know what the referral program is. I even explained it above, and corrected your original post about how many days of time it gives. All we're saying is that it isn't mandatory to be referred. You can add your new subscription at any time. If you just wanted to get some extra free time for coming back, don't be ashamed to say so. We understand, and we would have helped anyway.

Yeah there was no reason to make up a story about not being able to reactivate the account.

I wasnt making anything up, I tried I even tried to add more time before I got the help needed. When I hitted submit I got a general error each time when I didnt add the code.

And just for the record, its been over 400 days when we last played.

It'd very possible you just kept trying to Upgrade your account, which would have required a code each time you tried. It's an honest mistake. As I mentioned before, there were other links that would have allowed you to add subscription time without even giving you an option to add any code.

Either way, there is nothing wrong with having a little extra time for the effort. Welcome back again, and I hope you don't run into the same issue if/when you have to reinstate an account in the future.

Use the code, or don't--I'm good either way.

I'm just hoping we figure(d) out the issues you were having with re-subscribing.

The length of time the account has been inactive has nothing to do with it. Since Going Rogue launched we've had dozens (if not hundreds) of players return to the game who haven't played in 3-4 years. (that's 900 to 1200+ days inactive) and they had no trouble reactivating their accounts on their own without being invited back.

Many of those same returning players reactivated their accounts before learning that they had to buy Going Rogue to get access to the newest content so they didn't go to the retailer until after their accounts had been reactivated.

I'm sorry you had problems but now that they're over welcome back.
