How many people can blame pvp for kicking their children and trying to destroy the game before monday morning! Right now we are at 3! I'm betting we hit near 20 who know absolutely nothing about pvp or how it works; but are like 99.9999999% sure that it is the cause of all the nerfs ever!
A majority of PvP nerfs don't effect PvE. If it gets nerfed in PvE as well there is a high chance that there were a few PvE reasons for it as well that you probably ignored/dismissed so that you could blame PvP and hates it forever. Please know what you are talking about.
But on a happier note! Yay PvP systems! Yay absolutely nothing else being said that we all didn't hear atleast 4 other times!

And heres my idea for suggestions; when someone clicks continue when posting a new idea there should be anywhere between 5-10 mandated readthroughs on the thread. Then when they click ok submit or continue again it shows a list of about 15 other things that come up and then takes them back to the editing screen.
Also all power customization, raising of the level caps, "nerf this cause it beat me," selling inf ideas, make this game like game x, open pvp, and /duel threads will foward the person to a website with a huge NO and then fowards you to this website -

It operates exactly the same as Hold suppression. Initial Cage will take full effect. Any additional cages will not take effect until the "suppression" period ends.
EDIT:
FWIW, we reverted out the "Not affect players" change to TK, and changed Break Frees to 50% Repel Resist, and 100% resist for Medium and Large inspires.

so that means with the powers already on my scrapper and tank i will will be at i believe almost 90% repel resistant which means I no longer will be effected by those powers much at all.
Excellent...that means those squishes will again have no chance....great change....my primary targets become easier every pvp change.
I am hoping that will sort of carry over to pve as well...since certain archvillains and heros give me trouble with those powers as well.

I think it is the smart thing to do. All in all there will be less yelling if he is overly harsh and then lightens up as opposed to putting in a nerf that is light and doesn't work and then having to nerf it further. -

Ya would you care to name said games & just how much character custimization do they offer along with "ALL" their slots?? Just curious you know, cause I don't know of any offhand that are currently available that offer quite the same combination that CoX does.
IMHO I think what the Devs' have done is simply wonderful & the fact that we're getting 2 slots as a bonus to place on the server(s) we wish along with retroactive VETs rewards.What would make it totally Gasmatic is if they do the "max your slots on 1 server for $84.99" idea or even impliment $34.99 for 12, $47.99 for 24 for those SERIOUS altoholics that really do luv their HOME Server(s). **starts handing out depends & towels just incase they do**

Ian and Ravenstorm were moved to MUO. The last bit of work Ian did for CoH was the Justice armor pieces for the GvE edition. Ravenstorm's last major contribution were Safeguard missions, but he came back on every once in a while to help out. He was responsible for setting up Hamidon(s) and GM spawn placements in the Hive and Abyss, as well as pathing for the Rikti Invasion ships.
Added to that list would be Ken, our art lead. Nick, an environment artist replaced with Don shortly after Issue 9. Nick moved to one of Cryptic's other projects while Don is now with us at NCNC.
On the programming side, there's Aaron, the lead programmer and Garth, replaced at some point with Graham. Garth was shunted over to Cryptic's core team when Graham came on board, but eventually ended up joining us as well. Pohsyb had also been moved off of CoH/CoV but we managed to sneak him out and take him with us.
I believe that's it. The rest of the team were production. Brian Clayton (now the head cheese), Mynx (producer), Ghost Falcon (producer) Lighthouse, Ex Libris, Blue Steel (design support), Richard (AP/Build Engineer), and Ross (marketing)

That would be brokenly powerful. Seriously ... the defense you'd get form that would be WELL over the top. I logged in briefly to take a look - all hail the Attribute Monitor! - and grabbed some screenshots of my Robotics / Forcefield Mastermind, and his defense percentages.
Here, take a look for yourself. I think those numbers speak for themselves ... especially when you consider I can enjoy all that defense, and have my robots in "Follow/Defensive" - a.k.a. "Bodyguard" - and get a net of 75% damage resistance to everything that manages to SOMEhow land a hit on me, as well.
