Pre-i13 there was one or two good ones, since then I haven't seen one.
If you can pin people down with web/poison, throwing trops with a lot of slow enhancers underneath them might help a bit, but any decent player should get away fairly quickly.
Im not sure how well the slows on web env/cocoon would stack with web nade but it might be something worth trying if you went the corr route. -

8800's had issues with bad soldering eventually giving out; 9800s may have a similar issue but that is speculation.

The pvp bugs get looked at seriously, the problem is getting them the attention they need?

I agree.
If it wasn't clear I meant my theory about ignoring the 5 cap on set bonuses to get 172' vs Fleas theory of ignoring ED.
People can make mistakes, and I do frequently, but no matter how it is sliced some very basic game knowledge is absent to reach 172' on an 80' range power. Making one wonder what else is missing. -

Obviously he slotted 7.5 times 7.5% range bonuses.
That is the same kind of outside the box thinking people were using to get 155 recharge out of 8 purple sets and 10 lotgs. -
Merc or Toona tried to use swiss draw in a tourney when it first came out, like the week it did and we bugged it then. A couple of badge farms have bugged it since then as well.
Guess we should have posted it in an area devoted to pve content instead. -
Im sure they will pull Rom away from all those green mitos first.

I'm not sure whether to troll with having farmed regins and blasters and won FFAs my earth/emp with just fossilize and cage or not.
Justice pvp is entertaining sometimes. -

Slot a couple end redux so it costs 11.25 end (over 6 seconds) instead of 18.75. Could go hogwild and do three. Base end cost of mezmerize is about 8 end in one second.
Should be able to get the recharge down to 20 seconds pretty easily.
Its still pretty useful for setting someone up for a spike or getting them out of a fight. Not a lot of other powers which will autohit and shelve someone for that long. -
What solo said, web env followed by KoB are good for spiking in zone if you find a decent team, or random, semi-disorganized arena stuff.
Having psi dr is a good thing when taunting. I would probably take phase on top of that. -
Nuclear blast:
50 people x 31.5 damage (this assumes they are all blasters, it will be less than half on some AT's, but we can pretend we get hamidon debuffed that much, which we wont even come close to.)
1575 dmg, 37000hp-ish, = 4% of his HP.
~2.5 seconds to cast
That is roughly 12.6 damage per casting second
What equals that damage?
Controller throwing ring of fire = 1.2 second cast
3.3 damage (we are assuming NO debuff or +dmg on the power, its just unslotted)
x 2 (containment)= 6.6 damage
Slot it for damage and we get slightly higher damage than the nuke, in less than half the cast time, with no -dr going on hamidon.
I don't see a big reason for the nuke-nukes. -
We seemed quite light on nukes and hvas, the most I heard someone count was nine. HVAS are a big, big part of the damage. His HP were going down pretty slow compared to the successful times.

Its not so bad. 60 sec rech, cut to something like 33sec with enhancers and no set bonuses or hasten, it sticks around for 120sec, you can keep several people buffed without too much trouble.

EoE, regen and (never thought I would say this) rocking the aura should keep everyone alive as long as it goes quick. -
its not a bug, it is part of the story.
malta hires the skulls to make trouble so that malta can ambush and mess with a lowbie hero, and you are supposed to stop them before it goes down.

the wb nuke-nuke is mostly worthless for this endevour.

Keep in mind it looks like the greens are broken and can't be held atm. They/he can still be beaten but its pretty squirrelly. Best strat is frankly to bury him in temps and ignore the mitos.
Going for the blues first till it is fixed would probably be a good idea.
I do not believe the fix is in the patch on test that will be published tomorrow either.
