I expect this issue to be fixed in a patch on test by next week.
Anything that might be a REAL issue to PvP isn't nearly as much of a priority.

i think the worst part is they clearly state that they want the badge without actually having to pvp to get it and they still get catered to. can i have the pve accolades without having to actually pve?

Maybe, they say the memory is the first thing to go, I forget what the second thing is. The current generation of clubs are truly marvelous, but buying them would just mean I had given up on improving my game.

Merc or Toona tried to use swiss draw in a tourney when it first came out, like the week it did and we bugged it then. A couple of badge farms have bugged it since then as well.
Guess we should have posted it in an area devoted to pve content instead.
I organized a group to try swiss draw during the closed beta and we noticed & reported the bugginess then. This bug should not be news to them.
If the bug is hard to isolate and correct, that's one thing. If they are throwing out some players bug reports until someone they like reports it, that is something altogether different and highly inappropriate.
I don't know which of the two is more accurate or perhaps there is a third reason, but I would hope that option two is far from the truth.

IMO alot of pvp bugs get glossed over because of a lack of understanding of pvp on their end. I am sure they outsource the bug reports just like petitions. They have enough problems getting those where they belong. I can imagine a pvp bug report looks like someone making stuff up.
