Dragonian Legends
Dragonians theme was originaly spun as a race exiled from their Homeworld by the Rikti. Those surviving escaped to Paragon, and assembling to fight against the further invasion of Rikti into Paragon. Dragonian Homeworld is much like that of a combination of Celtic, Roman times tho with technology. Some would say the Dragonians were Technological Barbarians. As time has elasped, heros and villians of Paragon have joined the ranks of the Dragonian descendants. Hence the theme continualy has twist and turns, and history grows richer. Many have seen the Dragonian name, but few have seen the admiration the each Dragonian extends to each other. Tight family structure, "Joining of Opposing Forces" and "Show Them No Mercy" have been the Battle cries thru the past 6 years of Dragonian existence in Paragon.
Our primary focus is just simply playing the game with enjoyment. Over the past 6 years with the twist and turns of the game, one thing always remains the same. A group of people that enjoy having fun, and never forgets "its just a game". Always willing help each other out is primary goal. Teaming together from street sweeping for badges, arcs, radios, SF/TF, even PvP.
@Jasper Pain
Dragonians was originaly founded/created on Infinity server. We have bases for both factions on Infinity, Freedom, Virtue, Triumph and now "Exalted". We have dedicated channel "Dragonians" (Private) using this tool to talk cross servers and factions. Looking forward to enjoying the "Exalted" server and meeting new folks. Til we cross paths, Good Hunting. -
PvP Channels......I am on the Infinity PvP channel and never see anyone else on the Channel. Maybe we need to recreate a Infinity PvP Channel? Im always looking for duels, or some fun.
AEA, IB2, Infinity Hamidon are still good places to find teams or get that quick fix for a duel.
Dragonians Channel is dedicated to the SG/VG and coalies of Dragonians. Only thing is its not just Infinity based, we use it to talk cross servers and such. But I'm pretty much on Infinity on a regular basis. @wolf-ire -
Hello Everyone! Dragonians SG/VG's will be hosting CoP's every Saturday evening. Alternating the weekends between Blu/redside. This weekend the 28AUG2010, it will be on Redside. Team formation times will @900pm EST. Bluside will gather outside of Base portal in Atlas. Redside will gather outside Base portal in Mercy. If you wish to join in on the fun, (now its where i'm goin to get slammed) please ingame email me you name and attack. Also there is event calendar on our SG page @guildportal.com. Sign ups there are open to the public. Til then Good Hunting! (global @WOLF-IRE)

Quote:Sorry Kitty Must of copied wrong build, here let me try again! Thanks, but that looks identical to my build. ?_?
And someone neg-repped me with the comment 'lousy build'. I didn't claim this was an awesome build; it's ridiculously expensive for what it does. I posted this to seek input on improvements. Perhaps the person who left the non-constructive criticism might care to share some insight?

Kitty,
Here's what I came up with, it might seem pricey. If you compare the end numbers to your build to my build, theres some difference. (not alot) Tho I tried, the percentages in attacks are better, and end reduction thru out the toggles, should really help. Again Im no expert! But just tryin to help a freind out. Wolf-ire

Everyone has valid points.
Theres lots of ways to increase your inf income, they have all been mentioned.
When I'm needing inf for a new build/character, I simply don't purchase anything unless I really need it. Sell sell sell, keep the good ones or sell the good ones, slowly increasing your bank. By doing this by time my last 50 was ready to do final respec and io. I had saved up 1.3 bill, this gave me enough to fully io my team build with regular IO's and get a great start on my so called pve build on my dp/dm.
It's all on how you want to place your priorities. Just because its nice to have that long list of bonuses under your power list, really doesnt make you a better player.
Bottom line do what works for you, but at the same time its a game, have fun doing it.
Waiting to be placed on ignore list, and rep being degraded again -
Quote:No offense taken Osh, Ive been doing raids on virtue with sg mates there, one night we did 4 raids back to back. The team structures work, if anyone needs or wants to participate with the Dragonians, give us a shout. As long as the tank teams have good support and a build that can hold up to the hami, each person can get buy with 3 EoE's. But Ive done Hami's with no EoE's with either my FIR/KIN, DM/DP, or WIDOW and have held up just fine. I guess the fear factor of failed Hami's on INF has been not been forgoten. Good Hunting and Peace by Bullets! If someone would like advice of real team makeups for a blue or redside hami raid, feel free to e-mail me @ osha@theoshaacademy.com. I am no longer playing the game but would be happy to assist those that are interested in defeating my old arch-nemesis. No offense Psych, but your teams will fail unless you waste a bunch of EoEs. I have access to these forums for this weekend only. I may drop in-game to say hi, but have no interest in playing. I enjoyed playing CoX for over 5 years and have moved on from it, but I am happy to assist my old friends from here including Crem and LG with advice in taking down the big jello mold.
Good luck in any raiding you may do in the future. -
Ok, so theres several postings/threads, the info is getting out maybe too much. SORRY! I put the post out for leaders just in case the ones I planned on would not be able to participate. If its wrong to have more than just six Team Leaders, then so be it. I have always tried to be prepared for the worse. I am only trying to get the info out. How many times have we opened a posting seen theres pages to it and skim them. I only started new post so it would be seen. So with that said I stop here. The times of EoE's farming and Raid are out there, if you want to participate please do. You know how to find me, if you want my help. I am only trying to help make things on Infinity alittle better. Good Hunting...Wolf-ire

Hello Infinity!! March 6th 8:00 PM EST, Hami Raid will commence. Friday nite before we will be farming EoE's. This is a Raid long time coming, we are in need of everyones support. Also if you are interested in being one of the Raid Team Leaders, please contact me via here or in game. LG, Cremzen and myself are doing what we can. Once we get things going, hopefully we can do Hami's alternating weekends between Blu/Redsides. Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks .........Wolf-ire
-
Ok, Give me a shout in game or here if you are willing to be teams leaders, we need 3-4 more. Cremzen and Myself so far. Infinity need your leadership, will you answer the call? Wolf-ire

If you need any help in coalie department, Dragonians has the abillty to support that. We have an alt sg for that purpose to help new sg's and on redside we have room for coalies. Both bases are fully operational. Main SG is full on coalies. But I'll help ya where I can! Good Hunting ..........Wolf-ire (Global)

I'm glad to hear someone else also is trying to drum up activities aswell. We are also trying to get Hami Raids back in full swing. My vision is to Hami's alternating weekends between Blu/redside. First Raid is March 6th at 8pm EST. With the caliber of players we have on Infinity we should pull it off with no hitches. Raids can go from anywheres from 30-60 minutes. Our first in a long time so we should be near the 60 mark. Due to the explanation of attack and what not. So I guess what I'm getting to is...Can we count on Taxi's to fullfill the support role in the Hamis. It would be great to have you all there!! Thanks for what you all do! To support not only the game but players aswell. Good Hunting......Wolf-ire
-
Sounds Great LG!! Hopefully we can herd up some EoE's. Just wanted to remind everyone along if EoE's make sure you have some breakfrees aswell, they help alot for the blooms and terrorize. Hope to see you all Friday nite and Saturday night. Good Hunting........Wolf-ire
-
Hey Hey! Depending if I'm back from work yet or not I'll join one of the teams. It will be my fir/kin. Hope to see ya....Laters! Wolf-ire
-
DuH! I was all excited too, now i see the posting dates. I would of never looked til you said something. Well I want Base Raaaaaids Back! Who else does?
-
Quote:Dragonians list will have to be compiled. Once I get a total number (minus all the alts/alt accounts). I will have get it out to you. WOLF-IRE[ QUOTE ]
Not counting alternate accounts, I see the following Number of Members/Accounts per SG based on the above roster:
40 EGfBT
36 dUmb
32 TiG
26 DoP
25 PUAD
I sure hope we can add more groups to this great list! Base Raiding is quite often loads of fun! (even when the whole team wants to beat up Stormy Roy, completely ignoring the base raiding objectives). ;-P

Quote:My intentions is once we get it going on Bluside, start doing them on red aswell. We can alternate weekends. There has to be a collection of peeps that really wants this. Sorry to say it, but everyone is to busy raising their own diff, making soloist toons, and farming their butts off to get that IO set. The teamery part of Infinity has died, this is one event where hopefully it can ressurect that essence. Wolf-ireI'll ditto Slax. I raid on Virtue and once you go Virt, you don't go back (for raiding at least). 30ish minute raids, once Hami blooms, if someone has a Bio nuke (or 2 or 4). Heck, they did a 20 man raid this weekend (took a while).
Justice is also very efficient.
I don't know what it is about Infinity. If a raid comes up, I'll lend a hand if I can though. I'd love to see it come back, blue or red, though I have a feeling a redside raid may never happen again. -
Ok, I just spent 1.5 hours doing two Raids on Virtue, I used an emp. The cap for the zone is 50, so that gives us 6.5 teams.
(Team 1) Raid Leader, 2EMPS, 1KIN, the rest tanks: Holds Hami Agro
(Team 2) 6 Scprs, 2 EMPs: Attacks Yellow Mitos
(Team 3) 6 scprs, 2 EMPs: Attacks Yellow Mitos
(Team 4) Assault Team comprised of Blasters and support
(Team 5) Assault Team Comprised of Blasters and support
(Team 6) Assault team Comprised of Blasters and support
Now that is what I have came up with from what I have seen on the Raid I participated in and the info that I have found in other forums. The only teams that I know that have to be the way it is listed is Team 1. (Tanks taunting Hami, must be buffed at all times, and they must have a secondary if they perhaps should fall) Team 1 will hold Hami Agro while other teams kill Mitos. Once all Mitos are killed, everyone verges upon Hami, all single target buffs are issued (CM, SB, ID etc.) Then right around 79% issue AM, RA to all that gathered near Hami. Once Buffs have been issued, the tanks go back out to hold Agro. Everyone pop one EoE/Breakfree before Bloom. Once bloom is out, kill Mitos again. The process repeats. After second Bloom, depending on killing speed, there might be the need of killing Mito's on third Bloom. Rip right thru the jelly at 25%. Back to the Tanks, they should have atleast 6-8 EoE's to pop during the whole process. Now if perhaps when Bloom comes and alot of people fall, everyone has to remember to get the ones that fell back up. Rezzers have to be on look out for their teams, but if any chance to rez someone thats lying there rez em.
From the gathering on the safe rock, forming teams, spawning Hami, buffing, attacking the Hami thru the cycle. Knowing the players we have on Infinity, our first raid should take no longer than one hour. If everyone works well together and listens, Ive heard the best time is 19 minutes. I'd like to beat that, lets do this puppy and have fun with it! -
Forgot one thing, yes we might have more scprs than blasters or what not. We can place where we can. The main thing is making sure team leaders know what their part of the task is at hand. Hope that helps or refreshes everyones memory. Thanks!!

Infinity is my Home! Ive played over 39 months now, I have roots. Not to mention freinds well minus the ones that packed up to go to freedum/virtue. So I adapted Not only do i have roots on infinity, I have roots on virtue now aswell. Tho I rarely am there lol, I have a place I can call home there aswell. Depending on what you want out of the game, its all there to be offered. The only difference in the servers is the people, the players. Infinity is about the best place to actually to get to know other gamers, and actually have fun doing it at the same time either while killing each other in Arena or RV, or doing that TF.
Dragonians will always do our best to keep things interesting, will you come join us in keeping it interested?!?! -
I'm Always looking to team myself, give me a shout. Wolf-ire is my global/main on on the AEAny channel. Usually on 4-8 weekdays, and most of the weekend.
